My gyro plate was old meat was old salad was old. I believe they gave me someone else’s food that didn’t come to get it. When I return the food they refuse to give me another gyro plate. Cashier lady was rude and refused to give me another order And this is the second time this happened. I will never eat here again.

It's hit or miss. Maybe they'll follow the directions. Maybe they won't. Biggest issue is the food is usually overcooked or burnt. It's better than buying McDonald's, and Taco Bell all the time. Also don't order through door dash. I'm sure they had someone in the apartment complex next door pick up the order, and I never received it. The weird thing was the driver was right next to the restaurant as soon as I ordered almost like it was deliberate... Don't let anyone play in your food

I usually love a beef from Star Gyros but today I don't know what they replaced it with I ordered a combo but had to take the sausage off cause it was burnt and dry had to take those off just to eat the sandwich. Hopefully they get it together been going here since they opened and always enjoyed the food. Today must have been an off day.

This place USE to be the spot about 10 years ago when they had footlong Italian beefs. If you a true Chicagoan you know what I'm talking about because this was one of the 24 hour spots. Since switching over management the quality of the food has gone down. None the less its still good. It might not be what it once was but I will still go there for a beef if I'm in the neighborhood.

Best Philly Cheese Steak in Chicago. Best order ahead. Lots of parking, super safe area if you aren’t on any bs. Like how Chinese restaurants serve good food but have low ratings, this place provides the same experience.

my friend did a Facebook post and it looked sooo good, so I had to try it I got the Italian Beef pizza.. baby 9/10 (I asked for no peppers, had to take them off) and the sauce mmmm $14 w/ soda

Service could be better but they win my 4 stars because they always give you extra food. Ordered a 5 piece and received a ten piece could be because the wing was a lil smaller but they made it up for be doubling it up.
Wings were nice & fresh a little big for my liking. Gyro was okay they only put gyro sauce and none of the toppings i asked for but reasonably priced. I ordered through Uber and everything was fresh just few minor issues

I normally order through uber eats and the food is decent!! Never had bad experiences with them. I was in the area and wanted to pick up. I called around midnight and this woman put me on hold for over 5 minutes (I understand it was late, and it can get busy, I work in a restaurant myself. I didn’t mind waiting) but then no hello or nothing once they got on the phone. “What do you want” she was rushing to get my order out the way. We ordered 3 separate things and after every item, she would say “10.50..” “21.70..” “what else” not even letting me finish my sentences trying to rush. Finally after saying my items she said “ok” and hung up. Couldn’t even say thank you, or even know my full total. All that interrupting me telling me my total after every item and in the end I never knew what it was. I knew what I wanted and I wasn’t being complicated or taking too long. They just couldn’t handle a 30 second order. I would never treat a customer like this no matter the conditions. I normally don’t care for reviews but if customer service matters to you this place doesn’t give it. As someone who works in the food industry as well this conversation could have went smoother with a simple hello how can I help you and just simply letting me read the order I had written down without interrupting. Would have probably been faster if it wasn’t so much attitude.
