Starbucks at 39 S La Salle Street is located in the center of the financial district of Chicago Loop.\n\nIn the late morning hour, the restaurant was quite busy, with two lines of customers: one was waiting to place the orders at the beginning of the counter, and another was ready to pick up their orders, including the online ones, at the end of this long counter. \n\nThe restaurant has a rectangular-shaped seating area, quite large and facing both S La Salle and W Monroe Streets....
I came here after the Starbucks at 231 S Lasalle gave me a watery mess of the Christmas Blonde Roast. It was undrinkable, and so watered down. I was working in this building and thought I’d go down and ask if they could give me a blonde roast coffee. I showed my Starbucks app order from the other store, and the coffee I couldn’t drink.
