I always wondered why the morale at this Starbucks location was so bad and then this week I witnessed how demeaning and cruel the manager was to the frontline staff in front of customers.

Worst star bucks i have ever come across...only coffee will be good...if you ask for any customized drink like Cappuccino or even hot coffee it sucks...such a worst place to avoid....

I went in to get a coffee and sandwich. Another customer had a discrepancy with her drink. The barista was very polite and used the phrase, "I am here to make it right for you". He had such sincerity behind his words. She got upset and said it was fine and left upset. I think that their professional and friendly customer service is exceptional. Good job, Bryan.

only thing I disliked is that instead of handing me the packet containing a banana loaf, the server ( it was a "he") slid or rather threw the packet on the slab. Seemed a little uncourteous
