I always wondered why the morale at this Starbucks location was so bad and then this week I witnessed how demeaning and cruel the manager was to the frontline staff in front of customers.
I went in to get a coffee and sandwich. Another customer had a discrepancy with her drink. The barista was very polite and used the phrase, "I am here to make it right for you". He had such sincerity behind his words. She got upset and said it was fine and left upset. I think that their professional and friendly customer service is exceptional. Good job, Bryan.
The employees are very friendly and accommodating. Also, when a different Starbucks location got my drink order wrong, I asked if they would be willing to make me a new one, which the manager was nice enough to do even though it wasn't their store that got it wrong. Great customer service.
