I ordered a medicine ball no water they put water in it both times but charged me extra for no water. How does that work? The new crew ain’t right & don’t have the people skills that Starbuck is known for. Will not recommend!

Staff is rude. Not a normal Starbucks, you have to grab and grill your bagel (toaster 10 feet away) by yourself. No napkin, plate, was by the toaster. No cream cheese either. I had to ask for everything and the lady was yelling to tell me where the stuff are. Never saw that . On the check there was the option to let a tip LOOL.
