It’s Starbucks it’s always delicious right but it’s a really cool place in the city surrounded by beautiful buildings and windows that provide great views of the hustle and bustle.

I have been going to Starbucks locations for 12 years. This location is well lit with ample lighting and high ceilings. The decor is modern and clean and updated. Unfortunately, the main entrance on N Clark St is not ADA accessible. There is an alternative entrance on W Hubbard St, which is ADA accessible. There are two single-person restrooms that are gender neutral and have a bathroom code.
had a medical emergency and they wouldn’t let me use the restroom and directed me to mcdonald half a mile away even though i told her im disabled

An employee denied me entrance to the restroom without any explanation AFTER I purchased and sat down to drink my tea. It happened in the afternoon when it was not even busy, so obviously customers are an inconvenience at any time of the day. Avoid going there.

Super nice Starbucks with perfect window seats for people-watching . The staff is very friendly. We were there on our way to the protests and they were clean, organized, efficient and super friendly even though they were busy.
