I get coffee here three days a week — the staff is great, always friendly, and they have it ready on time, which I appreciate. The place has a nice vibe overall. But honestly, for $9 a cup, I expect my coffee to be full. It’s consistently not, and that’s disappointing. With prices this high, the least I expect is a full cup. Hope this gets addressed.

I chaperoned a trip if high school trip of 19 Students and we had breakfast at this Starbucks several times. The staff was incredibly friendly and fast. We did pre-order through the app. Thank you to all the kind staff!

A friend and I made a quick trip to the "Buck" for my favorite drink, Green Tea Frapp. No whip cream, nonfat milk, and xxx thick. It was made perfectly! Of course, I couldn't leave out without a slice of my favorite lemon loaf.*Thank you.
Great staff, but often thrown out of sequence...you should get some plexi cubes for straws/sleeves at the handoff to avoid this.

The cafe was slow, I walked right up and ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. They were out of the coffee I wanted so I only ordered the sandwich. I stood at the pickup area and watched as two employees were very busy making drinks. There was one cashier taking all the orders, and one random employee at the end pretending to wipe down the oven doors while she gabbed and laughed with 4-5 other employees. Not helping the other team members. I watched this go on for 10-minutes and finally walked back down toward the register to check on my sandwich. That signaled one of the two drink captains to walk down and start opening frozen sandwiches from multiple orders, in order to prepare them. I told them to forget it and left without a refund. The Manager at this location is horrible.
