Once again I love Starbucks but don't like their prices
One of the worst Starbucks downtown. I don’t normally do reviews but this had to be done . I ordered a hot chocolate they tried to give me a half cup like I wouldn’t notice . I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese and they decided to take my meat off . When I took it back they lady had the nerve to say she didn’t make the sandwich but I clearly placed my order with her . Everytime I order a drink it’s almost made wrong . They use to have a guy name Landyn he was the best no longer there I guess so now this store is a big NO for me .
Ordered a Strawberry Refresher with 2 scoops of Strawberries. I was given all of 4 slivers. Do better. This is an almost $6 tea.
Back open and super friendly staff and quick service! Will make this my new go to Starbucks.

The manager “pretends” to apologize when they made mobile order customer wait for half an hour without telling the customer that it is sold out and your order will never come out. Coffee also doesn’t taste good as other place, they sometimes forget ingredients to put in.
Nice place to sit with a coffee either before catching the train downtown.
Had the best Starbucks experience! Got lost my first time trying to find my job downtown, the lady directed me and when i came back at the end of my shift she even remembered me and asked how my day was. They made the most perfect latte and their red velvet loaf was delicious!Thank you to the staff on 1/17

I have been a daily customer of the Starbucks for over one year. Today I stopped for my normal Venti Blond but did not have enough on my card so I asked the Barista if I could use my Rewards apparently she was new so she asked for assistance from one of the other workers. they told me my balance and said I owed $.06 I proceeded to give her $1.00 which she snatched out of my hand and told me I had an attitude. I told her that she was rude and she proceeded to tell me i had an attitude and that is the reason she snatched my money. This young lady should not be allowed to speak to customers in such a vulgar manner. I never said anything negative to her to cause her to treat me the way that she did

One of the worst run Starbucks in the city. Employees just sand around and chit chat, don’t pay attention to the customers and take forever to make the drinks. I understand making sb drinks is hard but the employees literally play around while making the drinks. I try not to go to this location but it’s conveniently in the same building I work.
The people who work here are always very nice. However, I have had about 5 different occasions now where my order is just wrong (caramel instead of mocha, sweet cream instead of salted cream). I am going to start going to a different Starbucks.
Super slow... I do not understand how is possible to take forever to make a coffee when they are so many people “working†there. When placing mobile order it says 4-7 min. , but the real time is more than 15 min.
Very busy location especially during rush hour. I have always been able to get a drink in about 10-15 minutes but suggest avoiding any food items that need to be cooked. The wait time for those can be upwards of 25 minutes. Staff is friendly but hard to get their attention due to heavy foot trafffic.
They don't read online orders had to go back and tell the lady my order wasn't made right and it still wasn't fixed
