Stopped in at this Starbucks and had a great experience. My latte was made perfectly—smooth, hot, and just the right balance of espresso and milk. The staff were super friendly and worked quickly even though the place was busy. The café is clean, has plenty of seating, and feels cozy for hanging out or getting some work done. One of the better Starbucks locations I’ve been to!

I JUST witnessed an employee refuse to give two customers a cup for water unless they made a purchase—when water is supposed to be free. On top of that, he was extremely rude. This policy (if it even is one) makes no sense, and the attitude was unnecessary. Disappointing experience!

Unfortunately I have to come here more often than I’d like based on there being little-to-no quick bites on Southport. The coffee is standard, food is standard, ALWAYS busy. Today they wouldn’t accept my cash because my bills were “too big” yet i’ve been in line and watched others before pay with similar amounts. If I can help it, based on that, I probably won’t be back (at least way less often). Staff seem moderately friendly but no sense of customer relationships, even after going 2-3 times weekly for a few months.
