Nice neighborhood location but the to-go only mobile format with no seating is actively hostile to the neighborhood. Rather see this location shut and replaced.

Tall skinny guy with blonde complexion wearing the masters hat working Friday morning on 6/7 - was an absolute JERK. Not someone you want representing your store. I get that you work at Starbucks and it's misaligned with your life ambition, but put on a face for customers.

Garrett was nice.

Rudest Starbucks I have been to, very slow even with mobile order.

I once waited 20 minutes for a drip coffee. Another time I asked to clarify if I ordered the correct size and I was rudely asked if I had the ability to read my receipt to see what size I ordered. Really disappointing.

I guess the renovations were just a downgrade. It was a great place to sit and pass time between assignments, which is what I had planned to do when I placed a mobile order only to walk in and be highly disappointed. The quality of the food was even poor because it was sitting on the counter long before my drink came out.

Quick pickup time. It was a well-maintained store. I wasn't greeted or answered when I said thank you, but my order was correct and delicious.

This place sells THE best bean juice in linkin park. The workers here are workers and there’s also dog bowls for the dogs that drink from the bowls. :3

This place used to be a lovely neighborhood branch, and now it turned into a corporate cold pick up bar for Starbucks to make money without adding anything to sit there or to community atmosphere. It is Starbucks turned corporate at its worst. This is not the brand I know and this is really ugly. It looks like a coffee bar in a bank building, not a family neighborhood! We are supposed to leave our money and leave quickly - no flair, no people hanging around - nothing. It is such a waste of space. Whoever decided it, does not know this neighborhood and what Starbucks stands for: more than just making money as efficiently as possible! I hope the situation can be reversed. We are all frustrated in the neighborhood. I will switch to local coffee places here = this is too corporate now!

This is a preorder / pickup only location without counter service. You have to have an active app otherwise you cannot preorder. Staff was super helpful.
