Quick pickup time. It was a well-maintained store. I wasn't greeted or answered when I said thank you, but my order was correct and delicious.

They were too busy to sell me a black coffee. The barista said "do you have the app? " I said, no, I'm standing right here trying to order a coffee. There no need to send me to the app.

A quick pickup location best suited to ordering ahead on the mobile app, as the baristas are often not available during the busiest parts of the day to take customers at the register that is kept off to the side. Grab all your favorites using the menu on the app! Check out the hook by the dog bowls so your pet and/or emotional support animal can wait outside for a moment while you grab your order!

This Starbucks has completely changed. The layout inside is borderline hostile and for mobile orders only?? - No menu, no seating and I felt like I was bothering them by ordering in person- and you can't tell from the outside that your in person order is unwanted! What a stupid re-design decision- this neighborhood does not need this soulless corporate garbage.

This place sells THE best bean juice in linkin park. The workers here are workers and there’s also dog bowls for the dogs that drink from the bowls. :3

This place used to be a lovely neighborhood branch, and now it turned into a corporate cold pick up bar for Starbucks to make money without adding anything to sit there or to community atmosphere. It is Starbucks turned corporate at its worst. This is not the brand I know and this is really ugly. It looks like a coffee bar in a bank building, not a family neighborhood! We are supposed to leave our money and leave quickly - no flair, no people hanging around - nothing. It is such a waste of space. Whoever decided it, does not know this neighborhood and what Starbucks stands for: more than just making money as efficiently as possible! I hope the situation can be reversed. We are all frustrated in the neighborhood. I will switch to local coffee places here = this is too corporate now!

I guess the renovations were just a downgrade. It was a great place to sit and pass time between assignments, which is what I had planned to do when I placed a mobile order only to walk in and be highly disappointed. The quality of the food was even poor because it was sitting on the counter long before my drink came out.

This is a preorder / pickup only location without counter service. You have to have an active app otherwise you cannot preorder. Staff was super helpful.

What a change! This used to be a cute corner neighborhood Starbucks with very nice baristas that customers knew and appreciated. It had tables and many in the neighborhood started their day there. Now it is purely a factory-like mess churning out orders by app only and treating customers as if they were a nuisance, barking out names with zero customer service.I don’t think this Starbucks will last long as anyone I’ve asked in the area hates the new concept. It’s not a drive thru. What a shame. I won’t be back.

I’m out walking my dog love to stop and get a coffee, but today I saw some trash outside this location and quickly walked inside to throw it away. The lady inside started berating me about my dog who was with me on a leash. There was no one inside but all she cared about was removing as quickly as possible. The Diversey and Sheffield location has never been this mean about a dog. Definitely not a neighborhood friendly spot.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They remodeled the entire place to be as uninviting as possible, no seats/tables to sit at. I have also never met more rude staff who will treat you like garbage after paying for an expensive coffee. My barista made a snarky remark about my drink being ruined because I ordered less espresso shots, rolled her eyes to the back of her head at me, and then handed me a half filled drink. I also witnessed a staff member run after a customer to yell at her about her dog. The staff here seem absolutely miserable and overall create a hostile environment.

Stood there for 10 minutes at the front of the line. Two baristas working there. They obviously knew I was waiting for an order to be taken. Finally asked if they were only doing order ahead or if they could just take my order. They said order ahead was their priority at the moment. It was pretty obvious I was waiting for my order to be taken and did not know they were only doing order ahead, and so I asked them wouldn't it be the right thing to do to just tell me that instead of having me standing there guessing why no one was approaching me. They wouldn't look at me and smugly said "maybe?" I left.

Aside from the fact that I got a reasonably decent latte, I couldn’t be more disappointed. Instead of being warmly greeted at this renovated location, I was made to feel as though I was an inconvenience for not placing a mobile order. I felt as if I was done a favor for actually ordering in the store and made to feel inferior to someone who orders using the app. How silly of me to think that I can get decent service walking in—and then to be prompted with a tip screen as is now the norm at Starbucks! This used to be such a cute neighborhood location, and now it’s a cold rude money-making operation. I always heard Starbucks was supposed to be people’s “3rd place”; however, this one feels like it’d be my 20th or worse. Very poor experience.
