Unfortunately another time I had a bad experience with this location.They allow customers with dogs and don’t even care that someone may have allergies for them.Staff don’t care about the names and not even try to spell them correctly which is humiliating a little.Definitely not recommending this location.

Was just in the Starbucks when a gentleman starto hassle me about my appearance, Eddy the head barrister immediately stepped in and escalated the situation, in fact the entire crew stepped up to make sure the situation didn't escalate to the point of police involvement. Because of how Eddy and the crew stood up for sn Old Combat Engineer. Today they get the Army Accomadation for out standing coustmer service, oh and corporate make sure the get the store the year for customer protection 🙄

By far my favorite Starbucks in the city and surrounding suburbs! Drinks are consistently good, even during the morning rush. Regular, familiar staff elevate the experience and they always give top notch customer service. Kudos to the entire team, especially to the 1st shift workers!
One of my favorite places to study during my undergraduate in Chicago in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009. Right around the corner from my condo at 530 N Lakeshore Drive and great proximity to Michigan Ave, the MCA, Lakeshore Drive etc. So many great memories.

Coffee is nice. Milk is disgusting. Starbucks milk always has a bad after taste like it has been over heated multiple times. And it’s a rip off and then they ask for a tip. Here’s a tip. Don’t use off milk.
