January 2024:Came here for breakfast three days while visiting Chicago. My go-to breakfast is the classic oatmeal and coffee. I like the oatmeal because the mixture is a nice blend of steel cut and other oats. The toasted nuts and dried fruit is a very heart healthy and cholesterol friendly meal.Service was very friendly. The employees are really working hard to serve coffee and food fast. Five ⭐ all around! ?

On Jan 14th afternoon shift, the grey top girl with black knit hat is super rude!! I ask her to put more oat milk in my coffee in a very polite way. She just splashes my hand with the milk so roughly and just walks away without any apologies. Anyone here just be careful of her!

It says this location opens at 5am. I got there at 5:02am (10/12/2024) knocked on the window because I see two employees in there, one of just looked at me (looked like the manager/supervisor) & just continued to do whatever she was doing. You think she would at least come open the door and say “one moment I would be right with you” nope! Plus I stood there 7 minutes just to be patient.

I come to this location pretty often I’ve never had any issues until recently. One of the female employees who works morning shift wears glasses is rude and acted like she didn’t hear me whenever I spoke to her about MY order in a kindly manner, she’s legit right in front of me. Always gives off bad vibes and has a stank face. Very unpleasant experience as of lately.
