If you want a kind hello or a pleasant “have a nice day” you won’t find it here.

I live down the street and have for some time. In the last several weeks to a month or so I have been rather displeased with the service at this location. There was a morning I walked in and stood 5 minutes as three workers seemed to all but acknowledge my presence (the only person in line). Not one “we will be with you in just a moment” no “hi sorry be right there” nothing. I turned and walked out.

On top of that the blank looks on their faces when I offer a simple “have a nice day” are off putting and rather rude. Not a “thanks” not a “you too” nothing. When Dan isn’t working there are no pleasantries offered. (Appreciate you Dan)

I will find my caffeinated libations elsewhere.

Maybe I’m biased but I think the staff at my neighborhood Starbucks is outstanding! They remember my name they always seem happy to see me and they seem to have their system down to a point

This Starbucks used to be really great, and the staff remains great -- but mobile orders have ruined the experience. If you go in-person, expect a looooong wait while drinks pile up on the counter for people who aren't even there. The staff deserves better.

Staff is usually lovely but this Starbucks really needs to either staff their store better or figure out some way to manage mobile orders vs. in-store orders. It’s ridiculous to have to wait nearly 20 minutes to get coffee after ordering at the register because they have dozens of mobile orders and only one person making drinks. I’ll see half a dozen drinks sitting in the pickup area the entire time I’m waiting for mine.

Staff seems stressed out and behind every time I come in, which isn’t their fault. They’re by a train station, management should know it will be busy and staff accordingly or stop taking mobile orders after a certain point of backup.

Be aware - It is a online order priority place! It does not say anything about this outside or on the website. I waited 15 mins before someone could take my order in person and they still insisted me ordering from the app. It was raining and my phone was dying. It was not a choice I could make at that time. No table or place to sit.After ordering I got my coffee in 5- 7 mins. But be aware to order ahead of time using app if you wanna grab quick take out from this location.

The people here are amazing, the only thing I'd wish they'ed change is if Starbucks could bring the barrow a cup program here, I loved using that when I was in Arizona.
