This Starbucks needs new management because they clearly don't know what they are doing. The girls in the morning have the nastiest cocky attitude for no reason after asking for my drink to be remade. Whole store needs an overhaul. Go to a different Starbucks and don't waste your money here.

This review is specifically for the Starbucks in Chicago on Jefferson and lake street. Never have I received better service than in this location. The entire staff has always been friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They remember my name and that of my fur baby. Not sure if it’s the people they hire or the training they’re given. If that’s the case, all Starbucks locations should follow suit. We love to go there, probably one of best parts of living in the city this past year.

I mobile ordered an iced protein matcha latte with light ice, & when I arrived, more than half the drink was cold foam. I politely asked the cashiers if the drink was meant to have cold foam and two of the workers did not know. They then speculated that it was. I asked to not have half the drink be cold foam, as there is no indication on the app that the drink has any cold foam, and I was looked at like I grew a second head. I had to get to work, did not budget waiting 8ish extra minutes for the line and then my drink, I was hurt by their unnecessary attitude (I am pregnant and hormonal lol I admit that) so I just left. Yes I should have stayed ideally. But my husband returned about 15-20 min later and showed them proof the drink didn’t have cold foam as a standard and asked for a remake, which again, the baristas didn’t even know the standard... And they gave him attitude saying “next time stay when we remake the drink”… even though this would have been avoided if they made the drink correctly. I DO NOT recommend this location. Sad because I’ve never had a problem w them before.

It's the girls who are cheeky in the shift today (they discuss my order as if I'm angry 😆 I've been drinking either cappuccino or latte for more than 6 years, they give me ice and say you ordered so

The kindness of the staff here, quite literally saved my life one very dark day. I’m usually popping into Starbucks for an iced chai or macchiato but that day left with genuine gratitude for the humanity and gentleness shown by the gracious staff at this location.

It's easy to be biased since this is closer to home. However, Tim and his team make a great crew and they always deliver Excellent Service. Our pup always says thanks too for the treat.

This location is around the corner from my place. I frequent here about 3x a day, coffee, iced tea, pink drink, whatever really. Dunkin, usually over pours on their cream and sugar, so Starbucks is my go to. I always get a smile and good conversation from all the employees. No complaints here. Just an observation, (App orders, y'all nuts when you order online, and forget or get your drink remade, because you took too long to get it.)
