Someone wrote "staff extremely rude...". Seems so unlikely. I wonder if this customer was just having a really bad day and needed to vent. (Free therapy via Starbucks).
This location is around the corner from my place. I frequent here about 3x a day, coffee, iced tea, pink drink, whatever really. Dunkin, usually over pours on their cream and sugar, so Starbucks is my go to. I always get a smile and good conversation from all the employees. No complaints here. Just an observation, (App orders, y'all nuts when you order online, and forget or get your drink remade, because you took too long to get it.)
