This location is around the corner from my place. I frequent here about 3x a day, coffee, iced tea, pink drink, whatever really. Dunkin, usually over pours on their cream and sugar, so Starbucks is my go to. I always get a smile and good conversation from all the employees. No complaints here. Just an observation, (App orders, y'all nuts when you order online, and forget or get your drink remade, because you took too long to get it.)
Really wanted the new Starbucks cup. The guy in the morning placed it on hold. Was so happy.

Starbucks are always busy but if you take the time to realize people are just working making a living it changes your perspective on things. Be kind to those around you. I come here whenever I want a little snack and the food is good. The employees are all super nice especially Tim!! Such a great barista along with his coworkers. It's unfortunate that Starbucks has undone the policies they put in place around access to bathrooms after the controversy of them calling the police on black people for loitering. To the franchisee: if you don't like the people using your bathrooms, maybe it's time to hire security guards, or choose another line of work. It's pathetic to try to push the onus onto your baristas to act like untrained bouncers and vulnerable communities. Thanks for showing us your support of anti racist action was indeed just PR and not actually important to you when it affects the bottom line.Offer a washroom or don't. You're one of the biggest companies in the world - - I'm flabbergasted you can't seem to figure this out.

The blonde girl with the lazy eye rolled her eyes when I asked for a water cup. Seriously?? If you hate your job, just quit. Her demeanor is more adequately suited for a job at the DMV. There should be some sort of humility training for her.
Excellent food. Server was friendly but overworked. He had to do everything by himself and there were a lot of customers.

I walked in ready to order at 6:30 pm today and was waiting for the customer in front of me to finishing making his order. Once the customer in front of me was done the cashier told me that he was the last order being served today and locked the door to the store.They didn't offer to make me even an iced tea drink which does not require the espresso machine and I was just told that they are closed.No offer of a drink voucher for the future no customer service what so ever offered.I asked if I could at least use the restroom before I departed and they refused me access to that as well.This is absolutely the worst customer service I've received at any Starbucks and I typically visit at least one on a daily basis.Starbucks needs to reevaluate who they are hiring to operate this store especially.

I frequent this Starbucks location because it is conveniently located on my walk to the office from Ogilvie. I walked in this morning 2/14/23 and asked if I can use the bathroom and was denied. The man behind the counter would not give me the bathroom code until I placed an order. The line was all the way to the door. I take the train from the suburbs, I am 30 weeks pregnant, and was not allowed to use the restroom despite all the money I had spent at this location.
