Beware. This place has the most foul bathroom I have ever encountered. I worry about general cleanliness if a bathroom is THAT neglected.

I asked for a grande pumpkin spice latte no caffeine but they put caffeine in my drink. When I found out I was on my way home and I was not happy with my drink.

First off I’ve been working here downtown since November I come to this exact location across from my job every other day for a coffee by now they know my exact drink when I come in so friendly and speaks right upon arrival and my fave Barista has to be Daniel by far Danny is very attentive tidy friendly and knows exactly what you need I love our lil mini chats before going in and also learn me to where my drink is getting prepared as I walk in !!! Super sweet heart and runs the store amazingly clean quiet great music the atmosphere is a nice lil vibe and so is he!! Thanks Danny!! 🥰🥰 love Koko!!!

The customer service is HORRIBLE HERE ! I came in this place , waiting at the register for a while and NO ONE said anything . IWAS COMPLETELY IGNORED BY THE WORKERS WHILE STANDING AT THE REGISTER WAITING TO PURCHASE! They did not greet me or say that I’d be with you shortly or anything . One African American lady short with braids picked up the phone as soon as I came to the register and went to the back KNOWING her other co workers were busy making orders . She would look at me at the register then walk to the back talking loud and very unprofessional. She did this multiple times and made it seem as if she was doing it on purpose and did not want to serve me . She would walk towards the front see me standing there , did not say a word , and would go to the back. I noticed once I picked up my things and as I was walking out she decided to come to the register .. I did not buy ANYTHING and chose to just leave . I would not spend ANY MONEY HERE . Hire better workers.

I used to frequent this location bc it was convenient. I usually get the same thing and order on the app. I was in a hurry recently and did a mobile order, and the curly haired barista was busy talking to friends while making my order. They messed up my drink and tried to convince me to taste it anyway bc it “tastes the same”. I asked for salted caramel cold foam they gave me mocha. I politely declined and asked for a new drink. The next one was watery, they said they didn’t know why it looked like that and they still wanted me to accept it as they continued chatting with friends. I settled for getting the cold foam on the side in a separate cup.
I went back recently and ordered the same drink. I was given the wrong flavor again by the same employees, as if to prove a point that I wouldn’t know the difference. I ended up throwing the drink away wasting $10. Another time before this, a barista held up my cup and loudly said I was going to get diabetes for ordering a drink with extra caramel. I had to politely explain that the same drink lasts my whole night shift as I add more coffee. I won’t be back. To be gaslit for a cup of coffee? No, thank you.

I had went in to get my drink and notice they had a deal for a buy one get one free for father day so I asked can I make my purchase to get a free drink a lady with some white hair told me I had to download the app to get the free drink so I told her can I download the app to get one today she told me no bc it won’t work which was a lie they was so unpleasant and unprofessional

Okay so I should have asked for my drink to be remade because it tasted like ice and milk with cookie in it. Tasted like something I could make on accident. I should have known when I heard the lady who was making it asked "what goes in it" because she obviously didn't know how to make the drink.

The hostess said to walk up the four flights of escalators to get a drink. Denied at 8:40 pm when restaurant closes at 9:30. Stock is an instant short I’d buy $85 December 2024 puts very cheap instant profit.
