Every morning when I stop by this location the team is always very nice, but I want to mention Peter specifically who is always greeting me with the best attitude and warm welcome. He is always so kind and goes above and beyond with customer service and makes the best coffee. Thank you Peter for making our mornings a little brighter. Out of all the Starbucks I've gone to, this is the only one who consistently gets my drink done the same way(taste) every time. They are almost always friendly and helpful. Easy to chat with. As in, they actually smile, respond, notice the customers. The atmosphere is welcoming.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for a little over a year- this location has some of the nicest baristas (shoutout to Parker and Eddy!) out of all the Starbucks I have been to. My food and drink has always come quickly and correctly. Would highly recommend!

I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences .Once in a while I’ll stop in this location for a beverage and I’ll ask for a pup cup for my little one just to be treated horribly!!!!! I get nothing but attitude and just today the employee raised their voice and told me I had to wait for napkins since they hadn’t restocked .It’s a usual for them to discriminate, have them give you attitude and raise their voice at you, have to wait for up to 5 minutes for something so simple as a napkin. You have to be kidding me and I’m paying for this? No thank you! Also have reached out and complained to the manager but nothing has ever been done . So if you enjoy to be humiliated and love getting horrible,this place is definitely for you 😤😡🤬

I literally just paid for ice. I've bought it elsewhere before, and this hasn't happened to me before. I don't know what to say.I'm thinking, when I go by, I'll ask for a refund or a new drink. I think that would be fair. I don't know, I'm just wondering why I already ran out of this in two minutes, and I'm annoyed.

I moved to the area a month ago and was excited I have a Starbucks nearby. This location doesn't disappoint. The staff is AWESOME. They are the reason I don't mind spending money here. Kind, friendly, welcoming. Those are the words I would use to describe the staff here. They go out of their way and above and beyond. I ordered a large coffee but the coffee in the large cup was a size small cup if a customer orders a large coffee, be kind enough to make a large coffee
I asked him to pour coffee into a cup but he poured milk to fill the cup

What can I say "Starbucks" has set a very high standards for their service, food, facilities& coffee. Nothing has declined since personally my first coffee in 2019. Still excellent, prices did increase, but so did everyone else.
Not a single employee said hello upon entering nor did the person taking my order. They were blatantly rude. It’s sad that so many groups of people are pushing and promoting agendas of “inclusion” but they seem to still not know how to be genuinely interested in including others as well. They usually only support their own groups lol
