I went to there just to use bathroom one of employee said you have to buy something to use it I say I’m in a hurry I’ll buy later she give me attitude then when I buy a coffee, she charge me $10 for small coffee

Nicole, who was managing the morning rush with grace and poise, greeted every guest with an attentive and sweet demeanor. Despite running the floor solo, she displayed incredible service with a constant smile, ensuring every visitor felt seen and cared for. It is rare to find such dedicated energy so early in the day, making this North Mayfair location a standout for both its coffee and its exceptional community spirit. Thank you, Nicole!!

This Starbucks is one of the best customer experience services I have had at a Starbucks. Jessica, the manager, is one of the kindest people and leads her team in that way! The cashier was so friendly and the Grande Carmel Protein latte was amazing. One of the best ones I’ve had!

I don’t usually do this but this Starbucks is amazing! Jessica was so friendly and super helpful. Fast service, great convo, so sweet. Loved the employees here. I am definitely going to make this my to go spot!

this people truly irritated me they should honestly hire people that know about there craft “coffee” not them people who just need a job because of there ability to fool a manager . Not to be able to do there job when asked for simple task like put caramel on a cup that they supposed to handle do to the fact that it’s there job or I’m I wrong
Was told one drinks had caramel
No it didn’t had caramel
No cinnamon
And attitude for asking to put caramel that had no caramel whatsoever
If they don’t care about simple task as is why they even there
This place needs new management or better employees

I only go here because it’s on the way from one job to another, a majority of the times that I go there, the baristas are either not friendly or tired and overworked I don’t know which one is the truth so I really don’t care to go here. This last time will definitely be the last. I’ll just have to do without Starbucks because I was charged for a grande drink that I ordered and paid for with a bacon Gouda sandwich but I received a small. my fault for not noticing until I got in the car and started to head back to work, but I don’t have time or money to pay for or correct someone else’s mistakes.

Constantly going to this starbucks, we’re neighbors and coming along from time to time each week. Never had any complains before, everyone’s on the team been doing good until today. I’m working myself as a barista for 3 years now and in different other hospitality establishments. After not hearing three times the word “latte” she replied with a bad attitude and in a rude manner. I’ve never allowed myself to talk to guests like that in my career. She asked me again “what are you going to order?”, even though I genuinely repeated my order three times and after experiencing rude behavior towards me. If I would describe her demeanor, it seemed like she considered me as some sort of a “peasant” while she is a “latte queen” who gives out food to people as she pleases. Dropping the drama, she told me “I didn’t hear you” in a really rude manner, which I’ll refrain from describing further. Overall, bad customer service and would like the management to address her communication skills. Because I am well aware of what this job is demanding, and it does not demand workers to behave with customers in this way. Would change the review if I’ll get a satisfying answer though. The absolute worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I got there and I didn’t even get a thank you. I waited and waited for my drink while 1 person made all the drinks and the rest stood around. My drink wasn’t even good. No one even said sorry for the wait. First and last time at this poorly managed place.

Space for parking and very quiet. Would definitely recommend!
I usually never have any complaints here, but when ever I ask for light ice I usually get a decent amount, and last time I came I asked for light ice on one of my drinks and I ended up getting more ice on the drink I asked to have light ice on. The second picture is from a different Starbucks where I ordered the same drink and asked for light ice, maybe this Starbucks should take some notes
