Nice starbucks cafe in downtown Chicago. Parking is very hard to find on a weekday, maybe after dark but even then it's tricky. It is right next to Hotel Allegro. It has an upscale feel to it. Service was little slow. Nice place to sit and hangout for a while. Most people were alone doing their work. But still a nice place for 2 people to talk. Seats were not very comfortable.
My go-to Starbucks. Best staff around. Drinks are consistent. My only complaint is that like all Starbucks they prioritize mobile orders over in store ones. Therefore, there have been times when I've stood around waiting for my order while watching mobile orders pile up and no one coming to get them right away.
You can easily enter and find a place to sit. I didn't see crazy queues at the door like others in this chain.
The service is flawed and inattentive, but it didn't seem rude to me, but it needs to improve. I didn't even see a smile from the staff, none!
