It’s so sad this is my closest Starbucks.
They are always grumpy and bad mood, never a hello, thank you or whatever.
And I’m not crazy when I say that even the beverages taste so much different than from other Starbucks stores, because I always order the same 3 drinks and I have tried them from different Starbucks places, even out of Chicago, and at this one it’s always a greasy hideous taste in every sip…
Im giving two stars because just once one Sunday morning one of the employees (tall, white, empathetic man) was very kind with me.
I’ve consistently come to this location out of convenience. The staff is great and the drinks are pretty consistent. The pick up window has been “broken” for months, so I’ve been bringing my dog inside momentarily while I pick up my order (~10 seconds inside total). No doubt corporate is trying to force management to put a cap on the dogs that are brought inside, but what are we expected to do when there is no pick up? The employee was kind about it but I found it to be ridiculous when there’s no solution presented. Thankfully it was the last time I’m coming to this location ❤️
no indoor seating
I won't be coming to this starbucks again. My drink was left unattended for 10mins after they started making it; they seemingly forgot about it. I ordered the new lavender matcha. While I was waiting, one of the employees were complaining about how much they hate the lavender matcha and it's annoying to make. I don't want someone with those thoughts making anything for me. I won't be back. If you don't like making the drinks maybe don't work there?
This is the last time I go to this Starbucks. And I only have out of convenience of the location. The last three times I ordered a venti my cup has had at least 2-3 inches of empty space before I ever took a sip. It’s not room for cream(I never ask for that) , it’s not filling my drink up to what? Save money? It’s a billion dollar company. Fill my coffee up to the top , it’s literally the least you can do is give me what I paid for. Time to shop local. They’re too big to care .
This is the worst starbucks in all of existence. Staff is rude delinquents that always believe the customer is wrong. Ordered a venti and they gave me a tall and when i said i ordered venti the staff member got in my face and read the cup to me and spat “it says tall” in my face. Yeah duh i can read burnout. With no energy to fight this sad person back i said “awesome” and left. They also do not listen and use what ever ingredients they want even after you explain your allergies to them. This starbucks either needs to be restaffed or shut down.

I got a medicine ball tea because I have been feeling sick and wanted to use my points but I did not have enough because I didn’t realize it was a “crafted drink”. The store manager Sarah gave me my tea on the house so I could try it and it made my day. Everyone is so kind at this Starbucks!

Sara was very nice and was helpful. Service was quick. I was in and out before work.
I've been a huge Bux fan since the first one popped up here in the mid '90s.
The quality has plummeted lately. The new CEO needs to work a miracle if someone like me is this close to never coming back.
To be clear, the staff are terrific. The orders are ready quickly, everyone is incredible here, but the hot sandwiches are now concrete within minutes thanks to what appears to be nuking them? We all know how well bread responds to that kind of reheating. It turns to something approaching marble as it cools. This has happened with every single breakfast sandwich I've had for the past few months. Before then, I'd never had this issue.
There's no atmosphere and it's certainly meant to be a grab and go only. Believe it or not, they were once actual coffee shops, with comfy chairs, newspapers lying around and people actually talking to each other, lol. Wasn't that long ago, either. Again, I hope this overpaid CEO resurrects the inviting atmosphere, and edible food.
But if I don't see a massive turnaround soon, after 30 years, I'm out.
Your move, Bux.

no restroom, no wifi, no indoor seating. patio tables and chairs outdoors could be wiped down at least or covered with umbrella. tried the seasonal apple non-dairy iced coffee was good. just shame cause it's in a great location with lots of traffic.

If you get a splash of milk in your drink, prepare for it to be 50% milk and 50% coffee
Consistently the worst starbucks in the neighborhood. The baristas are always rude.
Their coffee tastes like blood yuck.
