I come to this coffee shop almost every day with my close friend since we live nearby. Somehow, my drink gets taken a lot ā which is honestly impressive, considering my name is Thai and very long.
I mean⦠are people not checking their own names anymore? š
If youāre going to steal my drink, just tell me. Iām generous enough to order an extra one for you.
The staff here are super sweet and kind, as always. The only tiny note I have is about the iced drinks ā thereās a lot of ice. Like, two sips and itās gone.
Iām just curious⦠what are we saving ice for? Itās not like Starbucksā owner is struggling. Heās doing just fine, I promise šāļø

This is my local Starbucks and itās a grab and go Starbucks (no indoor seating). The baristas are welcoming and move fast on in-person and mobile orders - a big plus because itās high volume for how small this location is physically. In all my years going to this location, they very rarely mess up an order and when they do, theyāre always quick to make it right. They have a mobile order window pick-up window for convenience, are generous to our neighborhood dogs (pup cups), and have seating outside in warmer months.

Itās so sad this is my closest Starbucks.
They are always grumpy and bad mood, never a hello, thank you or whatever.
And Iām not crazy when I say that even the beverages taste so much different than from other Starbucks stores, because I always order the same 3 drinks and I have tried them from different Starbucks places, even out of Chicago, and at this one itās always a greasy hideous taste in every sipā¦
Im giving two stars because just once one Sunday morning one of the employees (tall, white, empathetic man) was very kind with me.
Iāve consistently come to this location out of convenience. The staff is great and the drinks are pretty consistent. The pick up window has been ābrokenā for months, so Iāve been bringing my dog inside momentarily while I pick up my order (~10 seconds inside total). No doubt corporate is trying to force management to put a cap on the dogs that are brought inside, but what are we expected to do when there is no pick up? The employee was kind about it but I found it to be ridiculous when thereās no solution presented. Thankfully it was the last time Iām coming to this location ā¤ļø

I won't be coming to this starbucks again. My drink was left unattended for 10mins after they started making it; they seemingly forgot about it. I ordered the new lavender matcha. While I was waiting, one of the employees were complaining about how much they hate the lavender matcha and it's annoying to make. I don't want someone with those thoughts making anything for me. I won't be back. If you don't like making the drinks maybe don't work there?
This is the last time I go to this Starbucks. And I only have out of convenience of the location. The last three times I ordered a venti my cup has had at least 2-3 inches of empty space before I ever took a sip. Itās not room for cream(I never ask for that) , itās not filling my drink up to what? Save money? Itās a billion dollar company. Fill my coffee up to the top , itās literally the least you can do is give me what I paid for. Time to shop local. Theyāre too big to care .
This is the worst starbucks in all of existence. Staff is rude delinquents that always believe the customer is wrong. Ordered a venti and they gave me a tall and when i said i ordered venti the staff member got in my face and read the cup to me and spat āit says tallā in my face. Yeah duh i can read burnout. With no energy to fight this sad person back i said āawesomeā and left. They also do not listen and use what ever ingredients they want even after you explain your allergies to them. This starbucks either needs to be restaffed or shut down.

I got a medicine ball tea because I have been feeling sick and wanted to use my points but I did not have enough because I didnāt realize it was a ācrafted drinkā. The store manager Sarah gave me my tea on the house so I could try it and it made my day. Everyone is so kind at this Starbucks!

Sara was very nice and was helpful. Service was quick. I was in and out before work.
I've been a huge Bux fan since the first one popped up here in the mid '90s.
The quality has plummeted lately. The new CEO needs to work a miracle if someone like me is this close to never coming back.
To be clear, the staff are terrific. The orders are ready quickly, everyone is incredible here, but the hot sandwiches are now concrete within minutes thanks to what appears to be nuking them? We all know how well bread responds to that kind of reheating. It turns to something approaching marble as it cools. This has happened with every single breakfast sandwich I've had for the past few months. Before then, I'd never had this issue.
There's no atmosphere and it's certainly meant to be a grab and go only. Believe it or not, they were once actual coffee shops, with comfy chairs, newspapers lying around and people actually talking to each other, lol. Wasn't that long ago, either. Again, I hope this overpaid CEO resurrects the inviting atmosphere, and edible food.
But if I don't see a massive turnaround soon, after 30 years, I'm out.
Your move, Bux.

no restroom, no wifi, no indoor seating. patio tables and chairs outdoors could be wiped down at least or covered with umbrella. tried the seasonal apple non-dairy iced coffee was good. just shame cause it's in a great location with lots of traffic.

If you get a splash of milk in your drink, prepare for it to be 50% milk and 50% coffee
