I got a medicine ball tea because I have been feeling sick and wanted to use my points but I did not have enough because I didn’t realize it was a “crafted drink”. The store manager Sarah gave me my tea on the house so I could try it and it made my day. Everyone is so kind at this Starbucks!
I've been a huge Bux fan since the first one popped up here in the mid '90s.
The quality has plummeted lately. The new CEO needs to work a miracle if someone like me is this close to never coming back.
To be clear, the staff are terrific. The orders are ready quickly, everyone is incredible here, but the hot sandwiches are now concrete within minutes thanks to what appears to be nuking them? We all know how well bread responds to that kind...

Love the staff, the service and the vibe in the store. I look forward to my morning walk and the smiles that greet me when I walk in. the store is clean and the service is great. When they run out of something I've ordered and realize it after the fact, they are quick to make it right with a gift card or something extra.
