These changes made with the uniforms and the canned messages on all drinks are ridiculous! I feel like they sucked all of the fun out of this place

City of Chicago worker denied to use the washroom because of purchase, worse experience ever
The barista named Q made my day! I was having a bad day. I ordered a mocha and initially whip got put in when I didnāt ask for it. I didnāt want to make a fuss so I said it was okay. Not a minute later, she gives me a new drink with no whip cream. I appreciate her going above and beyond to make sure my order was right! Thank you so much Q!!
Laid back atmosphere and - what an awesome service. Matt was so sweet. Excellent Starbucks!

Very clean place and the music overheard was low enough to hear and carry on a conversation with friends.

Worse Starbucks Iāve experienced. All I ordered was oatmeal ans a banana loaf. I went to the bathroom and came back and still had to wait. It wasnāt until like 3 mins (plus the time in the bathroom ) when the cashier decided to start making the oatmeal. When I sat and watch him make a lot of drinks for people who came after me.

I ordered via the app, waited 10 minutes, although I placed the order online at 3:43 pm, I waited until 4 pm when my order was finally completedā¦.get inside and the blueberry scone was ready, about 4 minutes later, the tea was completed, then after waiting another 4-5 minutes, the girl on the register gets the sandwich from the case, goes to the oven and opens the sandwich and leaves the sandwich sitting. I say to the other girl that I had a sandwich as well. she goes to the case to grab a sandwich then the girl says āI put the sandwich on the counter, so the other girl takes the sandwich from the wrapper and puts it in the oven. after the other girl on the register finishes ringing, she goes over and takes the sandwich from the oven, the sandwich fell a couple of times she was then able to place it in the bag w/o touching the inside of the bag nor the sandwich.it was so funny how she folds the bag because of all the chees that came off the sandwich from her dropping the sandwich. she was not successful at hiding itā¦.see pix, thx!

Stopped in for a lunchtime pick-me-up and found the door boarded over with wood from a breakin. There were even some tiny bits of glass still laying around. Asked to speak with a manager but he wasn't there!! The employees did their best, but I can't believe Starbucks would be operating like this. Extremely disappointed.

I'm just a tourist and this starbucks is the closest to my hotel. Wanted a peppermint mocha this morning but realized the store had been robbed with the doors busted out and they STILL had the employees working. I didn't bother going in at that point, why bother giving money to a company that would treat their employees like that. Making employees work in the cold (I'm from the south its cold to me) without a broken front door is bad business. Have a heart and treat your employees right or your customers will leave with them.

Employees are completely lovely, the management does not care about them or the customers. There was an apparent break-in when I came earlier to get some coffee for my family as Iām visiting this week before the Christmas rush. Management was NOWHERE to be seen and it was left to the employees to clean up the mess. Itās very cold today and Iām appalled that corporate would allow this to happenā¦Itās not only unsafe to the employees but the customers as well, as management saw fit to use a wooden door instead of shutting the store down for the day. God bless the employees and anyone having to deal with this during the holidays!Matthew 7:12 - Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. In other words, if you want to be treated with kindness, be kind to others.
