The barista named Q made my day! I was having a bad day. I ordered a mocha and initially whip got put in when I didn’t ask for it. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I said it was okay. Not a minute later, she gives me a new drink with no whip cream. I appreciate her going above and beyond to make sure my order was right! Thank you so much Q!!
Great place! I love Starbucks, but this one is above the rest. They always greet with a smile and have amazing customer service. For being high traffic this spot is always clean and well kept!
I never write reviews (as they all say) but my wife and I come to this Starbucks infrequently, however everytime we do most of the staff is very kind. I come in the mornings and there is always a line, but they get through it fast. Yesterday morning around 11am the wait was only a few minutes. I only dropped one star because one of the baristas openly cursed, which was jarring, although I don’t think she thought we would hear. The tables are usually full, but when we can snag...
