Great and clean store with friendly staff. My one critique is that you guys NEED more seating. It is nearly impossible to get a table here.

I don’t write reviews often, and really didn’t think I would be writing one about Starbucks - but I have got to say this was one of the best coffee shop experiences I have had. Nice environment. Clean well organized and looked like folks took pride in the place. Super friendly staff in a genuine way. Made sure I got exactly what I wanted with my oatmeal - and then brought our coffees over to our table as we hadn’t heard the shoutout. That doesn’t happen often and was highly appreciated. Coffee tasted fantastic too. All over the best Starbucks experience ever.

Nice little location, seating is limited by the size of the store ( to be expected in a centuries old building) but the vibes are immaculate. The staff is amazing, and the store is clean, good location to pick up and go as service is so quick.

This place is always so wildly disorganized and overly packed. For multiple days now, my online order has not been ready and has taken 10 minutes to prepare while I wait when I give them 10+ minutes in advance to make before I get there. There needs to be a better system or online and in person orders because people are packed in like sardines and there's always 20 people waiting.

After receiving my drink, to double check before I drank it, I asked the guy if it was made with coconut milk and his response VERBATIM "I don't know. Does the label say coconut milk? If it does then it is". I left and guess what.. IT WAS INDEED NOT MADE WITH COCONUT MILK! With less energy it took for him to be a j*** he could have easily turned to his coworker right next to him to make sure. Thanks for wasting my money, ruining my day, and messing up my stomach!
