This Starbucks was great. The place was clean and had a really nice vibe. My coffee came out exactly how I like it perfect temperature, great taste, and just the right balance. What really stood out to me was how friendly the staff was. Everyone was super welcoming and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, which made the visit even better. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations, but the quality of the coffee here seemed a step above. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We’re here from Kentucky for Oddities and Curiosities Expo at McCormick Place. We’ve hit this Starbucks several days in a row. The bathrooms are spotless, the people are amazing and super friendly. The coffee drinks are on point and the food is great! Really happy with our experience here, hope y’all are too🙂

What I waste of money bought 3 different drinks they were all bad ,water down and didn’t have proper lid. Had to drink my cold brew with cold foam with a straw. wanted to go back and return but I was on my way to work. Everyone took one sip of their drink and were like no. Everyone tossed their drink away

First (and only one that i know of) Starbucks store that serves their hot drinks in mugs instead of to go cups. Mugs are heavy and beautiful and I'm going to return to this particular Stbx store with a good book soon.

It took over 15 min inside to get one drink , I should have just went through the drive thru because they served over 7 cars and my order was not even done

Customer service is lacking at this location. I come to this location all the time. Today I decided to run inside and order. The manager seemed annoyed she had to help her employees since they were busy.

I placed a mobile order, making pick-up quick and easy. The store itself was clean and well-maintained.
Light Iced Nondairy Salted Caramel Cookie Matcha ($6.75 venti): This tasted quite different from the original matcha. The nondairy flavor was very noticeable, but it didn’t really resemble salted caramel cookie. Unfortunately, we both didn’t enjoy this drink.
Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai ($6.25 grande): We liked this better than the matcha, but the pumpkin and chai flavors were more muted compared to similar drinks we’ve had at other Starbucks locations.

I went through the drive-through this morning, which was basically empty fantastic. I ordered a large iced coffee and is it just me or does their iced coffee mix taste like strawberry or raspberry? I didn’t have time to go back and ask. Just curious if anyone else has experienced a fruit flavored iced coffee from this location. I’m not a fan of fruity coffee so I had to dump it, bummer.
