I placed a mobile order, making pick-up quick and easy. The store itself was clean and well-maintained.
Light Iced Nondairy Salted Caramel Cookie Matcha ($6.75 venti): This tasted quite different from the original matcha. The nondairy flavor was very noticeable, but it didn’t really resemble salted caramel cookie. Unfortunately, we both didn’t enjoy this drink.
Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai ($6.25 grande): We liked this better than the matcha, but the pumpkin and chai flavors were more muted compared to similar drinks we’ve had at other Starbucks locations.

I went through the drive-through this morning, which was basically empty fantastic. I ordered a large iced coffee and is it just me or does their iced coffee mix taste like strawberry or raspberry? I didn’t have time to go back and ask. Just curious if anyone else has experienced a fruit flavored iced coffee from this location. I’m not a fan of fruity coffee so I had to dump it, bummer.

Good service and the place is small but cozy. The only thing they need is to have a sign with the schedule.
Baristas need better training. I ordered a cup of coffee and a warmed up cookie. I asked the young lady should I pick up the cookie at the end of the counter and she replied yes. I waited as they were preparing orders for drive thru and warming up sandwiches. The other lady took out the cookie from a plastic wrapper and didn’t warm it up.
To add insult to injury she spent several minutes finishing up other orders while the cookie laid out near their heating ovens.
Finally after other customers ordered were heated , she finally brought my cookie out and I said “is this cookie heated up?” and she told another girl “oh, you did ask for it to be heated up.” Then to add insult to injury she asked if she can heat it up and I said no! I did say to heat it up in the beginning. Sorry, your baristas need better training. Forgetting just to heat up a cookie seems like a small deal but if they can forget a detail that small then more than likely they’re getting other customers orders wrong. Really upset to be left standing there for several minutes just to hand me a cold cookie that wasn’t even heated up. Shame on you

I’m qualify as a faster how fast they can make my drink how long take me to wait and definitely this one hit my expectations food everybody sell the food same food service.
