I ordered a Cookie Mocha Crumble with two espresso shots used those exact words. The barista seemed a little lost, maybe she’s new? She charged me, made the drink, and then called out “doppio.” We looked at each other, and I reminded her I had asked for a Cookie Mocha Crumble with two shots. She said, “that’s a doppio.” I was confused, already running late, but she took it back, added the cookie crumble, and called it a day. I didn’t argue, but honestly, I think baristas should double check the menu or clarify before making something different than what’s ordered.

Sabrina was one of the nicest Starbucks employees I’ve encountered in a long time… I came in for Labor Day and was given great service despite the business due to everything else being closed in the area… I know it’s tough to have to work holidays so I really appreciate the kindness. I ordered an Ice passion tango tea lemonade, however I was given something different from what I ordered which I ask the representative but a lady by name Sabrina just jumped in and started yelling at me, Iam the manager here you should give the person that make the drink some space, we just hired her. I expect her to apologize as expected by a store manager she was rude and told us take care. Sabrina is not what to be a manager.l at Starbucks location on Rosevelt and clark street.

when i came into the starbucks i asked for my drink and i might’ve came off to strong and while asking for my drink the barrista got confused and when i corrected him he gave me a attitude which is so uncalled for as it is jus a simple mistake on both our parts just writing this so hopefully other customers don’t go through this and for the employees to reflect on their customer service 🙏🏽

This is probably the worst Starbucks I know. Every time I order something they either don’t have it, don’t know how to prepare it or prepare it wrong. Last week I came and wanted to get an iced coffee and they claimed “they didn’t have ice coffee” what do you mean? You have ice and coffee, ended up getting a cold brew but those are usually stronger. Today I came again and ordered a simple hot coffee with almond milk, they didn’t add any almond milk or any other milk whatsoever. It’s sad because is in a convenient spot.
