when i came into the starbucks i asked for my drink and i might’ve came off to strong and while asking for my drink the barrista got confused and when i corrected him he gave me a attitude which is so uncalled for as it is jus a simple mistake on both our parts just writing this so hopefully other customers don’t go through this and for the employees to reflect on their customer service 🙏🏽
The prices have increased at this location, the tax is now little over 11% (around 11.25 or 11.75) ..my drink is normally $6.50 or so ..but now ranges between $7.40 or $8 for a grande.. Yikesss and the only thing extra I get is a substituted milk.This starbucks is convenient..but the taxes at this location are not.
Food and tea served quick, hot and fresh. I’m from out of town and was delighted to find egg bacon bites and a hot cup of mint tea here when I really needed a gluten free and decaf snack.Yes, it’s an urban area and they are understaffed. However, staff were working hard to politely serve a long line of customers.
