It’s amazing how a simple “good morning, welcome in” can add to your experience, even if it’s a quick mobile order. The entire team here in the morning was so kind and happy. There are so many locations in the city but I will remember this one and come to this one over others going forward. Hospitality at its best.
I recently visited Starbucks, and while the atmosphere was cozy and cool, perfect for relaxing or hanging out, I found the food and beverages a bit overrated. The coffee was decent, but not as extraordinary as I expected, and the snacks didn’t live up to the hype either. While it's a great place to unwind, I think the offerings could use a little more variety or a better punch for the price. Still, it’s a nice spot for a casual hangout!
Everyone in there is nice except this elderly lady were she literally took my coffee to remake it just because I asked for a cup of cream. I felt like that was very unprofessional of her. I’m a daily customer and She always has an attitude as well.
