Very nice people, but the service is extremely slow. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve stopped in for a coffee or a pastry and waited for 20 minutes for it to come out. Their supply chain needs to be recalibrated for in person ordering.
This Starbucks is a bit unique in its design, probably owing to the fact that it's inside a corporate building. It's very charming! Also, it is incredibly convenient if you're staying at the Fairmont - just go to level B1 and walk past the fitness center, turn left, and you'll go through double doors that take you into the Aon Center. Immediately to your left is the Starbucks.

Don’t listen to the corporate aon center shmucks on this review thread—they just get upset when other people’s coffee gets made before theirs (I’ve seen it).The employees at this Starbucks work harder than God, every day. This store is located at the bottom of the Aon Building, which means every employee and their mother on 70+ floors wants their coffee at 8:45am before their board meeting at 9. Listen maybe one of the accountants in the building can check me here, but...
