DON'T eat there ever !
The employees are rude, mean, not friendly,
and Racist & can't cook coffee.
I went into Starbucks to use the bathroom around 8:15 a.m today and was told that I had to make a purchase in order to use their bathroom. I am a CTA worker at this location on the Brown line and our bathroom is out of order. Is this what Starbucks employees are doing now. Will the same thing apply to CPD?
i came around 12:30 pm and the service from the employees were amazing the cashier vanessa was very helpful and patient when i didn’t know what to order she recommended a drink i got it and it was delicious!! most definitely recommend this place !!
the staff working just after 2pm on 2/8 were incredibly hospitable and made my go to drink better than I’ve ever had it. I haven’t been to this location previously and now that I work in the area, I’ll definitely be back. kudos to those two ✨

The staff at this Starbucks made a great tea for my wife, coffee for me and sandwich for my bride with a muffin..they served it all quickly and effiently. ? bravo to the staff. Also the washroom was clean and it all made for a great stop before catching the Chicago L to Wrigley Field this Saturday morning. Thanks you, we will come again!

Honestly this Starbucks is across the street from where I worked at but I’ll be looking for another location to go to from now on. The employees were rude and unwelcoming. I ordered an iced latte and a blueberry muffin and was only handed the drink. I didn’t even ask for the muffin to be warmed. After a while I went up to them and explained that I hadn’t received the muffin I had paid for and even apologized for bothering them and I got dirty looks from all three employees. Not a single apology. When I took the muffin I even gave the guy thanks and proceeded to go sit down and I look over and the cashier who had taken my order gave me a dirty look. I heard them laughing and joking about her forgetting my muffin. Such an unpleasant experience. As a former Starbucks worker this is extremely disappointing to experience as I thought the whole mission of Starbucks was to bring the community together one cup at a time. Certainly that’s not the case at this location.

The employees at this store namely the rotund woman with long bleach blond hair need customer service retraining stat. I stood in line waiting for my pick up order, and I didn’t see mine ready until a few minutes later when I saw other customers waiting for pick up peeling off the cup holder sleeves to find their names… the idiots at this store hide the stickers with our names on them under the sleeve (see 2nd pic). Why should we be touching other people’s drinks to see if they belong to us? And when I asked for a to-go bag or a tray to carry my three sandwiches and two coffees out, I was met with extreme attitude.Also Starbucks needs to get it together, their food is over priced trash compared to how it used to be just 2-3 years ago. I paid $5.95 for the “double smoked bacon” sandwich shown below. The bread wasn’t even toasted it was literally a cold hamburger bun from Kroger’s bakery section. The bacon was floppy. $30+ down the toilet.

Best experience I’ve ever had a Starbucks. The workers always have a smile on their face and are so accommodating to my request. They always go far and beyond to help me. I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks and I’ve never been treated as nice as I have at this place. You have a customer for life.
