That is the most uncomfortable Starbucks I have ever been to. They don’t have a bathroom. They don’t have a person to take orders. It’s only for pickup. What an absolute terrible concept. Uncomfortable.

I usually order online , but today I stopped at this location and I truly regret it. The experience was terrible . The guy with a beard had a horrible attitude and was not polite, I asked him please do my drinks with light ice and he told me he couldn’t do that instead he suggested a latte I told him no so I ended up ordering a Iced Horchata Oatmilk Shaken Espresso .
I rarely ever ask for my coffee to be remade, but this time it was impossible to ignore because they got my order wrong instead of the Horchata flavor they gave the Hazelnut so I asked the barista please fixed my drink and of course they seemed annoyed when I asked to do that as if I was being difficult. I’m not picky, but this was really disappointing.
To make it worse they made me wait for almost 10 minutes and gave me the same exact drink , they think I didn’t noticed it and I was about to make a scene bur if it weren't for my friend who told me to leave things like that and let's get out of here.
I will definitely not be coming back to this store. Extremely disappointed, Starbucks should do a better job job of hiring people!!!

I rarely ever ask for my coffee to be remade, but this time it was impossible to ignore, there was no coffee flavor at all, just milk. When I politely asked for it to be fixed, they seemed annoyed and unwelcoming, as if I was being difficult. I’m not picky, but this was really disappointing.
To make it worse, the first drink wasn’t even labeled with my name (I ordered online), so I had no idea it was mine—something that usually isn’t an issue at other locations.
This visit left a really bad impression, and I will definitely not be coming back to this store. Extremely disappointed.

if i could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service. I ordered my drink and stayed inside while drinking it and watched a young lady with short outgrown pink hair be extremely rude to every customer that walked in. She did NOT want to be there and it reflected in her service. On top of that she was not wearing any sort of uniform and a skirt that was extremely short. None of the customers were greeted and she actually yelled at me and a couple other people saying we were in the way and we got asked to leave. I am floored by the level of pure disrespect from the girl. Truly unacceptable and she should not be serving people.

A different experience. It has a wide variety of coffees, exclusive drinks and coffee cocktails. On the 4th floor there is a mini terrace, but you can only enter there via normal stairs.

Really disappointing that they remodeled to remove all seating. I really enjoyed coming to this location to sit and journal. Also forcing customers to download an app is not cool. It’s 2024, you shouldn’t need an app to order drip coffee.
