I'll give this location five stars because l know what it is like to work in customer service. We have our good days and bad days. I do also have a minor suggestion: Would it be possible to put out a small quantity of straws and trays for customers to grab? I always feel bad asking the barista for one when they are in the middle of something. Haha. I honestly don't mean to be annoying guys.

This is nothing against the staff but simply corporate’s decision to build something this ignorant and unfriendly to customers, despite already charging too much for their products. This is an online order-only Starbucks, which means there’s nowhere to sit, no bathrooms, and you can only order online. Great example of corporate greed and cutting corners: less staff, less square feet to build, not an actual coffee shop, and more inconvenience for you. Shameful.

not understanding why this place has 3 stars they are SO SWEET. yes they are out of things sometimes (just as any Starbucks!) but the employees are always quick to recommend a great replacement. Today my coffee order got mixed up due to a computer glitch (things HAPPEN!) and the barista was happy to make me a venti for free when I only ordered a tall. They are always in great positive moods and make my mornings better :) go here!

I do not post bad reviews but my goodness 2 days in a row of multiple customers waiting over 20 min for their drinks and the staff not caring and not polite. And after all the waiting one of my drinks were incorrect. I hope this location makes the changes it needs to be better and back on track.

I normally do not write a review, probably this is my first time ever in my life writing a google review. just wanted to let people know that yall don't need to experience what i've experienced, the service is poor, i found the way the barista speaks quite rude. I tried to order customization (latte with strawberry pure+foam) and he asks what?! MULTIPLE times calling it WEIRD ;( and saying that i'm lucky that he knows how to make that but that it wouldn't work in other stores etc

This location is convenient and the staff are always friendly/welcoming, but 50% of the drinks I pick up here are incorrect. I ordered the new chocolate Java mint Frappuccino and they forgot to add both the syrup flavoring and Java chips. Double check that your drink is correct before leaving the store.

I don't understand why I pay high prices for products but I have to repeat myself or even do there job to get my order correct. When they say hi can I help you, don't you think they should be listening to the customer or just staring into my pretty blue eyes.
