This place turned into a homeless shelter. Smells awful, and th re is always the same guy walking around asking for money or drink - every single time I was there he was hanging around there.
Awsome staff, friendly and welcoming

A great Starbucks location, the building itself and the atmosphere is one of the better ones in the area.

Not a ‘Reserve’ location anymore! Super bummed. I really enjoyed stopping by for the higher quality coffee options.

Female baristas seemed annoyed at my presence interrupting their conversation even though I was patient and waited for them to finish. Average drinks with an unwelcoming atmosphere, my bad that I was a customer here won’t do it again ??

Good service and they helped me with a tray for my walk. I was glad they noticed I needed it.

I thought there weren't many chairs considering how spacious it was.
You can use the restroom (of course, only for customers)

I went in the evening and an older, african american gentleman at the counter had a very snarky attitude. I had a long day at the airport and just wanted a matcha. His behavior, whether because i forgot to mention cinnamon on my matcha latte or because he thought I wasn’t saying my order quickly enough, was dismissive and disrespectful. I’m sure at his age he’d rather not be working at Starbucks but the least he could do is be pleasant. Adding this to the long list of why I no longer frequent the franchise.
