service is always very fast and pleasant for what i’m sure can be a challenging location to work at. the baristas are always friendly, the coffee is always well-made, and lonetta, the manager, is a truly lovely person who really goes the extra mile to bring light to people’s day. always worth a stop!
My daughter made a small mistake on where the orders were kept and the cashier freaked out on her like she’s a child. There is no reason to. And the tone she used was so unnecessary. My daughter is like eight she shouldn’t have to go through this also it’s not her fault that they put their coffee in a different place and it normally is. I’m so disappointed right now I would give them a one but the coffee ate
Given the location, how busy, and being a place for high school kids to go through in groups, the service was still friendly, fast, and able to connect with individuals as they picked up orders.
