It was clean when I entered and they were managing the morning rush. I had a mobile order and it was ready when I arrived. They followed my customized order.

If I had more, thumbs, I would give this more than two thumbs down. The Hyatt that this is located in is under construction, which is an inconvenience Starbucks is not responsible for. When I tried to find the bathroom, I was told “there is no bathroom“ when I asked where I could go for one the employee shrugged. After asking for a cup of water they told me that they were too busy to help me out even though I have just placed my order. The attitudes of the entire staff were terrible.

Awful experience at Starbucks Hyatt Hotel at 633 N St Clair St, Chicago.

I ordered and paid for two bagels. I asked that they not be removed from the plastic wrapper as I didn't want them touched by an employee's hands and in the past, a bagel fell out of the bag and onto the floor. I'd had these experiences.

An employee, Black male, said they had to remove the bagels from the plastic wrapper. I told him I did not want the employee's hands touching my food. He continued to say it was their policy.

I then told him and the manager that I've never had this issue at other Starbucks, except the one inside Northwestern Hospital. He immediately got an attidue and we stood there yelling at each other. He yelled. I yelled. He told me I was too aggressive (I wasn't aggressive, I was assertive.}

I retrieved my phone so I could videotape the incident. He told me videotaping wasn't allowed, had me sign for a refund and told me I was banned from Starbucks.

I exited the store and took a video and photo (from the sidewalk) of the employee. I'm contacting Starbucks regional director regarding the ban and requesting this employee be reprimaded and/or terminated. Also, the employee refused to give me the contact information for the regional manager. He would only give me a first name. Unacceptable. He had a nasty attitude. The store manager said nothing.

I spoke with a Starbucks regional manager and she said employees were told to unwrap bagels for healthcode reasons because the wrapper has the expiration date. That makes zero sense. She agreed and said she will instruct employees to leave the food purchase in the wrapper. Duh!

That employee should be fired. He's rude and obnoxious.

Note: I went to another Starbucks and they prepared my order as requested with the bagel wrapper and no issues. See the photo.

This store has 2 radios going, they are loud, obnoxious, terrible music. Not a pleasant experience for the morning hour.

Love starbucks coffee but this girl that works there sorry i dinit catch her name but i had just left there to whoever she is she was so rude by not making my drink correct by putting cinnamon so i asked politely if she can remake my drink and all she did was scoop the cinnamon off my coffee when i specifically told her im allergic and still tried to serve it to me and i asked her again! To remake it then she continued to remake it while IGNORING ME like how rude with people with allergies and your still tryna serve them the same drink when the drink dinit have any cinnamon in the first place! like control your attitude and respect allergies so dissapointing

While at this location ordered coffee and pastry. When asking to wash my hands or sanitizer the batista whoever gives out orders with Orange dreadlocks said there's no bathroom. And as I was holding my items in hand with attitude she stated I couldn't sit my items in front of me. This employee had an attitude problem and should be in the service industry. I took back my tip.

This store is normally fine, but I had the displeasure of having to deal with "Redd". She is very rude and off-putting. You get the sounds that she really misses the pogid restrictions., as she's very rude and bossy and takes pleasure and telling people what to do. I will not be visiting the store anymore due to her terrible service.

Bad attention from the girls, one arrives. I did without a uniform and went straight to throwing a chair, yes. Asking us nothing, in the end we saw that it was a girl who works there because she went next to where they ship.
