This has to be the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. In town for the weekend, mobile ordered 3/4 days, the guy remembered me on the 2nd day.

I ALWAYS get the WORST customer service at this location. I asked the barista if they received my mobile order, and he responded in an agitated way stating to relax it will be coming up. Even when I attempt to customize my drink they give me the hardest time EVERY time. And then they take a year, and a day to give my MOBILE orders EVERY time. Almost seems intentional which is why I’ll never tip them. Horrible people choosing kindness based on TIPS. Which is my judgement overall as to whether I do!!! I like interactions with a genuine people as to which they are NOT! I’ll do my BEST to limit coming to this location moving forward.

I will not be going back to this Starbucks and I go everyday!! If I'm paying for my beverage--I should get it the way I want it!! Lite ice means LITE ice--I can get flavored water at home!! When I reminded him I said LITE ice because he put too much in--he gave me an ATTITUDE!!!!!!!! They closed my favorite Starbucks at 111 E. Chestnut and now I have to find another one but I Will Not be going back to this one but I'm sure they don't care!!

Coffee is always good.Customer service needs work though. But Kara is always super kind to me . Literally order the same thing every day from this location. At least try and fake it a little when it comes to the team’s customer service. No big deal. I’ll still come here daily.

For the most part the staff is wonderful. If you are a regular customer they even know your order, which is great.

But here's the rub. When the clock hits 8 pm, unless you want to be threatened to be hauled out by the cops, you better keep your eye on the clock. I run a customer based business myself, and at the end of hard days work I like to close up and go home too. - But rude behavior is never called for. And petty threats or just bad customer service anyway you look at it. I guess I can take the $150 per month I spend at Starbucks somewhere else...

Very disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. I needed to use the restroom, but the staff told me I had to buy a drink first before they would let me in. I understand businesses have policies, but this felt unwelcoming and inconvenient. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expect from Starbucks.

Normally my experience here is great however I placed a mobile pick up on my way to work and someone accidentally took my order. No biggie, right? No! I called the store to explain what happen in hopes of them replacing my drink so that I can walk back to pick it up. This wasn’t the case… I was literally integrated over a $5 cup of coffee! The manger I spoke with was extremely rude and asked me multiple times why I didn’t wait to have my coffee remade after I explained multiple times I couldn’t wait bc that would have made me late for work. Really disappointed because the staff is extremely friendly but I after this experience I have to find another place to get coffee.

It’s Starbucks. What makes this different: Nice that they have outdoor seating. This locations seems to move faster than most. I seem to always be able to get a seat.
