Every morning I buy coffee at Starbucks. The Starbucks employees are rarely friendly. And I want to note that I always buy coffee at the same Starbucks, a standard large cup to go, and they always made it well, with the correct proportions. Today I also bought a large cup of coffee, but the volume doesn't match the size. I often notice that the employees don't add enough espresso or milk. As a former barista with extensive experience, I know this. And the employees also don't want to admit their mistake. They prepared the coffee in a large cup, but the amount was the same as for a medium-sized cup.

Thomas was super knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly and enthusiastic about suggesting a new drink to try. The drink was with sugar cookie flavor and cinnamon like a snickerdoodle. Will definitely be back for another suggestion from Thomas. The store was clean and welcoming too.

This review goes out to Joey, Korri, Michelle, George and everyone at Starbucks when I was there 7/30/2025. I stopped in because I was killing time while my mother was getting a full body scan. She had been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer and its a very aggressive cancer and I've pretty much have taken over all medical care for her. Joey asked me how I was doing and honestly he was the first person to ask me that since all this has happened and I broke down and cried. Joey and Korri never made me feel like I was wrong or weird for crying they made me feel like I was a friend they were comforting. They made me feel less alone and that I mattered my feelings mattered. Even when they made my white chocolate mocha hot instead of iced I said it was ok and I drank it anyway I was just happy to have a break for a moment Joey surprised me and made my coffee again. Then Korri included me in their coffee tasting it made me so happy it was the first time I smiled in what seemed like forever. They have such an amazing group of people over there that seem to care not just about coffee but about the people. I will continue to go there because of them.

I have always had a great experience here. I also love that they have a lot of tumblers, coffee cups, and water bottles for sale. Last time I went in they had a big clearance section. The store is clean and the staff has always been friendly.
Guys behind the counter were awesome..polite, fast, and my drink tasted amazing..this is for the owner of the establishment..no bathroom in a Starbucks is absolutely unacceptable to me lol

I recently visited this location and ordered my usual feta wrap. To my horror, the wrap was not only overly soggy but also an alarming shade of grey. It tasted like it was expired. When I brought this to the attention of the tall white guy with tattoos working there, he rudely insisted that I had eaten half of it, even though I had only taken two bites. The first bite was just tortilla, and the second was all grey. Instead of addressing my concern, he tried to embarrass me by shouting that I had eaten half of it. This behavior is unacceptable. Your workers at this location desperately need better training.
