This review goes out to Joey, Korri, Michelle, George and everyone at Starbucks when I was there 7/30/2025. I stopped in because I was killing time while my mother was getting a full body scan. She had been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer and its a very aggressive cancer and I've pretty much have taken over all medical care for her. Joey asked me how I was doing and honestly he was the first person to ask me that since all this has happened and I broke down and cried. Joey and Korri never made me feel like I was wrong or weird for crying they made me feel like I was a friend they were comforting. They made me feel less alone and that I mattered my feelings mattered. Even when they made my white chocolate mocha hot instead of iced I said it was ok and I drank it anyway I was just happy to have a break for a moment Joey surprised me and made my coffee again. Then Korri included me in their coffee tasting it made me so happy it was the first time I smiled in what seemed like forever. They have such an amazing group of people over there that seem to care not just about coffee but about the people. I will continue to go there because of them.

I have always had a great experience here. I also love that they have a lot of tumblers, coffee cups, and water bottles for sale. Last time I went in they had a big clearance section. The store is clean and the staff has always been friendly.

Great for a peace of mind
Guys behind the counter were awesome..polite, fast, and my drink tasted amazing..this is for the owner of the establishment..no bathroom in a Starbucks is absolutely unacceptable to me lol

Really quick service and nice staff
I recently visited this location and ordered my usual feta wrap. To my horror, the wrap was not only overly soggy but also an alarming shade of grey. It tasted like it was expired. When I brought this to the attention of the tall white guy with tattoos working there, he rudely insisted that I had eaten half of it, even though I had only taken two bites. The first bite was just tortilla, and the second was all grey. Instead of addressing my concern, he tried to embarrass me by shouting that I had eaten half of it. This behavior is unacceptable. Your workers at this location desperately need better training.
Today 7 am, I don't know what's going on with the girl that made my coffee it was horrible.

The lady did my coffee, she was struggling on doing my coffee, I don't know if she was new or she did mistake but my cappuccino was just milk. Which is make me really upset I am a driver n I wasn't have time to change right away from 7am I went to the same location at 2.45 to complain but the manager didn't care correctly. I really hate that cause I pay real money to get a bad drink.š

I have never drank a beverage so fast. I downed this trenta in minutes. My barista was a lady with bleached ends. I didn't see her once I left, I wasn't able to thank her for how delicious this was. I ordered a venti pink drink, light ice, extra non dairy strawberry cream cold foam, in a trenta cup. As she made my drink, she stirred the wrong cold foam. She noticed this and remade it. Most baristas don't pay attention to that so it was greatly appreciated. I'm lactose intolerant, this is my go-to order. I've ordered it dozens of times at plenty different starbucks. The drink was gone in less than ten minutes.

I don't appreciate being called a dog, I just want my coffee. The staff made some passive remarks about me, while I was ordering

My job promoted me to a different position which means a different store and in turn that means a Different Starbucksā¦.
I know this stores āHistoryā That would explain why itās not a lot of people LIKE ME workingā¦.. Nonetheless I still decided to give it a try.. A few times itās did however take an extremely long time to get coffee especially because they prioritize the mobile app!! Today i hesitated to go in but when I finally did I get to the counter and as soon as I started to verbalize my order the barista handed the lady next to me her drink as Iām standing there she said it was wrong and thatās not what she ordered ⦠So now The Barista And The Cashier who is supposed to be taking my order are more concerned with her then meā¦. So Iām basically being IGNORED!! If the roles were reversed would they have ignored the white lady to help the black man? Something to think aboutā¦ā¦.. Anyway It Was INAPPROPRIATE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!

Our barista Brandon was so sweet and nice! He let us know it would a small wait time for our drink and sandwich which wasnāt a problem. He upgraded our drink size when he didnāt have to as we didnāt wait long. Thank you so much Brandon!
