Went in on a Sunday afternoon, not very busy. The lady we took my order was very rude after I tried to scan to pay never said that I couldn’t and sat there watching me try to scan it until the lady who was making the drinks told me that that doesn’t work at that Starbucks you have to scan for points and then pay. I don’t say anything to the cashier person and say thank you to the barista who made my drink, as I am paying I look up to the cashier who is making a disgusting face as if I should know that scan pay wasn’t allowed. I ask is something wrong and she said no, why. I simply say because you have a very disgusting annoying face on right now as if I was supposed to know about it just being a reward scan. And she says no I wasn’t and i said well try working on your customer service face. She did it to the guest before me and after me. Teach your baristas how to treat customers. Unbelievable.

You’re better off driving to a Starbucks store nearby. With the time you wait you might as well.
+ They always have 1 person working and there’s this one worker there that always has an attitude.
But they do make the drinks very well.

Sugar and cream is free in any other Starbucks except this one. And when you ask for some cream they give you as little as they can like can you act your wage please. because if you give me a full short cup of cream or a half short cup of cream or 1/5 short cup of cream( which is what you give every time I ask for a cream) it won’t increase or decrease your wage. IT IS NOT OUT OF YOUR POCKET. The baristas here should start being More open minded not a strike on certain things such as giving free cream because the corporate itself doesn’t care neither.

I don’t like this Starbucks there is always just one person and it takes forever to get service or drinks, also everything is out and they barley have anything. Also they put new workers alone which I think is unfair for them and it makes the costumers wait more

I live very close by this Starbucks inside target. It’s honestly absolutely filthy and disgusting. There’s dead flies on the counters. The counters are dirty and sticky. The drinks are made wrong and never taste the same each time you get them. Employees are confused on what they’re doing and most of them have bad attitudes.

You'll be lucky to get an ice water after 7pm. They out of everything by then. Menu is always out of many options on top of it. The Starbucks down the street is a better option, more knowledgeable baristas there too.
