Barista girl was incredibly rude this morning. Made me go to the back of the line because their line is setup so very poorly. Lost a customer. Go somewhere with nicer employees because it’s not worth the attitude.

Asked for small hot latte, got ‘grande’ for $7. Asked why, they say “its small”. These little things spoil the day – they forced me to pay more and throw the rest of the coffee away. Passive aggressive way of talking to clients + app is not working in this location.

The two girls working this morning 07/20/25, were passive aggressive for no reason and honestly didn’t bother to even try to do their job. The girl at the register kept rudely telling me to speak up but she was speaking the same volume as me. I repeated myself multiple times and assumed she was maybe hard of hearing so I didn’t think much of it. She asked me to repeat myself multiple times on how to spell my name for my drink, and it’s only three letters so I know it was on purpose that she spelled it wrong. I also ordered a food item which they did not make. They looked like they might be getting the item ready so I just waited with my drink. It turns out they were getting cakepops ready for themselves to eat. One of the girls finally looked at me and very snidely said “that’s yours you can take it” referring to the drink they had already given me. I told them that I was waiting for the food item and they didn’t apologize, all they said was “oh yea” and then prepared the food item. I feel like I’m very understanding with food service especially if their understaffed or overwhelmed. But I was the only person in line and there was two girls working, and between them they couldn’t be effective.

Krystal demonstrated excellent customer service while maintaining a professionalism that excels what I’ve seen at other Starbucks due to how she handled situations with other customers in front of me so well I just had to leave a review, I normally don’t do reviews but this was well deserved

While it was short staffed, the barista on 4/11 at 10:30am was wonderful and personable. She even started a whole new pot of blonde roast for me when they were originally out! Above and beyond service!

The barista named Abbie was very very rude and discriminatory and I feel it was cos of my color she made my day very horrible yesterday, she messed up my order and treated me like nothing when I tried to speak up . And she needs to do better with her hygiene too .
