I got one of those bags of Starbucks beans for Christmas and the nice lady at this shop blended it free for me, and then she spilled a tiny bit and gave me another bag for free. Then she blended that bag and we had a good laugh. I did not try any products from this store specifically

I understand it’s Christmas— the store is busy. Specifically Michelle needs to be more aware of her surroundings and customer interactions.
You should never hand a guest a drink without looking at them and confirming their drink— primarily because it’s an additional touch point. This is about KPIs— staff here are failing on KPIs. To be upset enough to leave a poor review on Christmas is pretty telling.
There could be more to focus on customer service at this location. Address your customers, look at them, touch some grass—
It’d be good for corporate to come and retrain staff. For the sake of this location, please come in and do some QC on staff. Acting like you can’t hear guests who are asking you direct questions is massively unprofessional. I grew up in the area— whatever attitude the staff have should be addressed.

Service not professional at all. Specially drive through all they now to say everything else every time you request an item, you will not get a thank or have a nice day. Please do proper training and make sure is done. Employee yes is only a job but is a great start for any career if you put the effort now
This store gives unwelcome, potentially racially biased vibes, 2 latina women saw me waiting to order one walked to the kitchen after looking at me, the other one failed to acknowledge me, and I believe saw me, but then she turned her back to me, after another 2 minutes she finally acknowledged me, all I wanted was to buy a water, Starbucks sucks

I came to enjoy PSL at 2:01pm. I ordered a grande pink drink, grande PSL, and apple crossiant for in store. After enjoying our drinks and pastry, I went to get a free refill of iced tea for my purchased drinks. One of the employees told me I was not able to qualify for any refill unless I, originally, purchased a tea or coffee. I told the employee that I was confused because I have been able to qualify for free tea refills at this location for all my purchased drinks. Unfortunately, I left in disappointment due to not receiving my free tea refill.

Starbucks has become the worst company ever to make coffee after trying all new other coffee shops... just an example I ordered a small cold coffee, and they charge $7.42 and are all ice 🧊 and one shot of expresso and some cold foam. Few sip was gone ... look how small the cup is for $7.42 I get the large coffee cup from anywhere else

They didn’t let my service dog inside . The rude lady said “my manager said no service dogs inside “ and continued to tell me to get out and to leave . Rude service . Couldn’t even order anything . Never coming to this location. I thought Starbucks was service dog friendly with the sign on the door saying “service dogs welcomed”
