Walked in and stood there for about 6 minutes without being greeted or anything. Not even a smile or “i’ll be with you in a second”. Nothing. Girl with bad haircut and eyeliner kept making eye contact and just ignoring the line of customers. Why are you making mobile order drinks before helping the customers who walked in store? So dumb. And then FINALLY a male walked from the back and took my order. I asked if there was a bathroom and he said yes with an attitude. I didnt get told the code until he finished whatever he was doing with a nasty attitude. Bathroom was dirty somebody had peed in the corner and there was no soap. Also theres NOT enough seating inside. Had to sit outside on the curb. The misery from the employees rubbed off on everyone in that building. I was in a horrible mood after this experience please get better workers who dont hate their lives ASAP!

Yesterday, my coworkers and I encountered a profoundly unsatisfactory experience with the service and an unprofessional attitude. Despite ordering a cappuccino, my whipped cream was omitted from the order. We politely inquired with the cashier, Adclla, who informed us that we needed to specify the request for whipped cream during the ordering process. However, when I reiterated my request, she became visibly upset and exhibited extreme rudeness towards us, ultimately ejecting us from the establishment.
It is noteworthy that this was an unprecedented interaction at our regular establishment. Previously, we had consistently received exceptional service from all staff members, who were courteous and attentive to our needs. They would frequently call my name and bring me my coffee. Unfortunately, our experience with Adclla has rendered our frequent visits to the establishment no longer worthwhile. And she threatened us with police, she is radical.
The person who served me with a racist look is a Chinese man.
my friend asked for two cups of water. Cold water. They said that she needed to get a drink before getting the water? a 6-10 dollar drink for probably a 1-2 dollar cup of water. this is unacceptable and so sad. This starbucks is one of the worst ive ever been to.

tried to get two cups of water and was about to hand the staff 10 bucks, told me that only customers can buy water? so my 10 dollars meant nothing? i would have to buy a drink on top of the water? i was so confused and when i walked out the door they were talking about me like i wasn't able to hear them/they thought i was deaf?? anyway, horrible customer service.

My daughter that is 9 years old and needs to use the bathroom but was told she had to buy something. That was very sad and inappropriate for them to not allow her to use the restroom

Starbucks is still a place of discrimination. I came in and needed to stop in the restroom before I bought a tea. They have a code on the door and when I asked the worker he told me the restrooms were closed for service. I asked the worker where do paying customers go if they need to use the restroom? The worker continue to reply that the restrooms were closed for service. So I asked him what is his recommendation for a paying customer that needs to use the restroom and he told me to go to the library or Walgreens across the street. I turned away out of frustration, but when I looked back, the two workers were giggling. So I walked back over to the counter and said if I were purchasing something right now at this moment, would I be able to use the restroom and he still insisted that the restrooms were closed for service. It was only after I demanded to use the restroom more than six times until the worker finally gave me the code. When I went into the restroom, it was not being serviced. It was fully functional. They just didn’t want me to use the restroom. Of course people would say that I am speculating that I was treated that way because I am a black woman and I can’t prove it, but something tells me that if I was another race and I would’ve casually walked in there asking for the code to the restroom, there would have not been any issues. They literally do not close for another 40 minutes yet the worker still insisted that the restrooms were closed for service because they were about to close. Starbucks you need to do better with training the people that work in your establishment and treating people with dignity regardless of the way they look.

Nothing wrong with the drink I ordered here. But the staff take their job as restroom police a little too seriously. While looking at the menu and deciding on what I wanted to order my child needed use the toilet urgently. I asked for the code so my child can use toilet while I was still deciding on my drink and was told code would not be given until money has been received .

VT white mocha $9.47.
He said because we're a part of the Hilton.
Sorry I'm not a part of the Hilton hotel .
I cancel my order and never go back there.
This location used to provide excellent service, but over the past month, it has become noticeably slower. On Thursday mornings, there are typically only 2 employees working, the other just cleans or something and the pace is very slow, with little sense of urgency despite a long line of customers. While one employee works efficiently, another moves at an unreasonably slow pace, which comes across as inconsiderate.
