Please check your RECEIPT!!! I ordered a grande mango dragonfruit refresher and got charged for TWO instead of one. I ended up having to come in for a refund, which was very inconvenient for me since I don’t live in the area. The staff is slow and uninterested in providing adequate service. I will not be returning to this location.

7/15/25 Starbuck's hot coffee is a bit too strong for me, (all locations, and not singling out this location in particular), but their iced coffee is alright. I really enjoy their service, atmosphere and holiday drinks such as peppermint mocha, Caramel Brule' Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte, those aren't too strong. I like coming here in the wintertime for my once or twice a year specialty holiday drink, and I give those five stars, as well as the atmosphere and accommodating employees. I just can't handle their regular brewed coffee, it's too potent....

My neighborhood Starbucks in Chicago is fantastic. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. They even offer free pupuccinos for my dog, Micah the Messenger. They also have a nice outdoor seating area with plenty of tables and chairs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a great cup of coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the city.

Ordered a brown sugar oatmilk cortado, it wasn’t made with oatmilk or blonde espresso. I couldn’t drink it and had to toss it.

We stayed in Chicago for about a week. During our stay we stopped at Starbucks. The place was welcoming and clean. I would like to acknowledge the barista, Klea. Klea greet us with a smile, friendly and made the whole experience feel welcoming. She made a difference in our day!

This is a convenient location and a nice big space. I placed my order as I walked in and it was ready in a couple minutes. The coffee was fresh and warm.

I like this location but what I don’t like is Cristal customer service! When I come in on a Saturday she acts as if every customer is an inconvenience to her!! She never try to smile or even make you feel welcome.

Service is excellent. Always being greeted which I appreciate. Unfortunately, not happy about today’s order. Attached is what I ordered and I was in a rush to go to work therefore I could not mention of this when I picked up my mobile orders. Surprised the drinks were not fully filled. As a customer paying full price I would expect for the drinks to be fully filled. Not sure who was working on the drinks this morning but please fill the drinks full. These drinks are not cheap.
