This location sucks. They scan your gift cards and then pocket the money for their tips. When I was in they scanned my gift card for my order. I wanted to add a bagel and then the transaction disappeared and so did my gift card money. The manager came in and said I have to call a phone number to get my money back. Great, thanks for giving me another avenue to waist my time.

So rude for no reason , drinks are like microwaved old hot chocolate , bathrooms are dirty even though they are code locked , also neither had TP, try a diff spot. This one feels like workers are purposely doing a bad job in protest

Please for the love of god do something about the damn high schoolers. Some people wanna actually do there work without having to be pushed around by kids. I can’t even get through the door without someone leaning on it. I’ve been going to this Starbucks location for a long time because I live close to it but I can’t sit and enjoy a cup of coffee when it’s even closed down because of them. Besides the environment the employees are wonderful and the food and drinks never let me down.

Dining room was shut down due to the high school kids across the street. I have seen them openly sell drugs, gamble and insult customers without being kicked out. Spoke with corporate and management. They've made some good changes, but some stuff is just as bad or worse. Staff quality has gone down a bit. Some staff is nice, others not so much.

You better take your coffee to go because the staff doesn't take care of the space at all. I tried to have a lunch and do some work on my laptop there and the smell in the dining area was so awful I had to leave within 10 minutes of sitting down. Bugs are everywhere, messes that should have been cleaned hours ago are all over the floor. There's no excuse for how poorly maintained this place is.

I'm really confused on how this location will be closing it's seating area occasionally and now they have a printed sign on the door that it's pick up only. My favorite thing was being able to spontaneously pop in on a walk and use my cash tips from work to grab an iced coffee. It's really confusing. And even the business states it's open for dine in.
