I've been coming to this shop since I moved to the neighborhood in 2023, and I’ve always appreciated the staff and the service. That said, it’s been closed since around March 2025, and the lack of clear communication is frustrating. The Google listing keeps flipping between “open” and “temporarily closed,” and the Starbucks app is just as inconsistent—sometimes hours are listed, other times there are none at all.
No one answers the phone either, which only adds to the confusion. I really hope they either reopen soon or at least provide a clear, consistent update. It’s disappointing to see such a great location become a question mark.

I tried to go inside of the building and they wouldn’t allow me inside, I believe it’s because of my ethnicity, but as soon as a white woman show up they gladly open the door, very uncalled for

Walked in and woman immediately started harassing me about an order after 2 seconds. Like can I get a second I work for CPS and been outside an hour and a half and it’s freezing. Geesh don’t come here

Beautiful place bathroom looks like something out of a gas station. Rusted, poop on toilet, urine everywhere and tissue. Wouldn't be able to enjoy this beautiful Starbucks and a drink if i can't even use the restroom. Makes sense thats its empty

Terrible service, ordered a coffee with cream, simple , the two people talked for several minutes before starting my order (just coffee). I had to leave without my order to catch my uber. Terrible service, fire these people, get better

This store has gone downhill. I order nearly everyday and recently they have been getting my order wrong more frequently or it’s burnt. They also have issues with supply chain. They run out of basics like cup sleeves or the app will allow you to order a specific food time (and pay for it) only to show up to be told they don’t have it. It’s become very inconsistent.
i ordered a spinach feta and egg white wrap, got it delivered, timing was okay. however there was a straw wrapper inside of my wrap. very disappointed. never going here again.
