I waited at the counter for 10 minutes, and there was no one there. The barista was sitting at a table, playing on their phone and drinking coffee. They told me the system was down and credit cards weren’t working. I offered to pay in cash, but after thinking for a moment, they said no—simply because they are a lazy person who doesn’t want to work. If you don’t like your job, quit and go home. I wasted my time and money here. Definitely do not go! Date is 02/09/2025 6PM

The person who works there seems like they don’t wanna work at ALL, went in there today to ask for a ham and swiss and was told they had to clean the oven and didnt make it. It’s not the first time I go and get the same person who seems like they don’t wanna work. Coming from someone who works in costumer service they should be more kind and respectful towards the costumer and actually show they are willing to work and do their job because this person seems like they don’t wanna be there .

This is the worst Starbucks I ever been period. Customer service just very bad. Most of the time no one there except just one person. They never made my coffee right. Plus I was waiting for 18 minutes today to order. They have only one person and he takes the orders one at a time making every body wait on the line. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Rude workers that literally don't even make you your correct drink. They've got more merch than standalone stores, but I would never go for food or drink again.
