I ordered a Nutella Cold Brew and they said that they did not have an order like that before and that they will try. They made me a chocolate cream cold brew and it was amazing! Great service, it was fast! The view is amazing from the windows. Great place. 10/10❤

Clean and modern Starbucks with fast service. Even during busy hours, the line moves quickly and the staff stays friendly and efficient. Drinks are consistently well made, and the atmosphere is comfortable for both grab-and-go and sitting down. A reliable spot for good coffee and a smooth experience.

I guess my Starbucks days are over. Sadly this was my everyday drink before work since I can’t drink caffeine at the moment. EVERYDAY I order a NONDAIRY strawberry cold foam chai latte and the workers specifically (Jenni) cannot read apparently, nor can she be a good samaritan. Today I witness the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went back after received Drink A in the picture below the foam was thick, there was air bubbles in the foam from it being dairy which I witnessed before , I even tasted it to determine…. it was so sour. I sent my bf back to get it remade. Jenni decided to explain herself to him how it was NONDAIRY. Instead of simply remaking it like any other Starbucks employee usually does to avoid confusion or an angry client. He then comes back with the same drink and I take her word for it, halfway through the drink I am burping and feeling super sick. I called the Starbucks and now Kate the manager is insisting on remaking it after I already went in for a remake I let her know I am already at work and this will not be possible she then states I can come after work and get a refund. I called my bf back and told him what happened thankfully he was still in the neighborhood so he came back to get it fixed. When he went back Jenni remade it for him being super rude the entire time, yelling at him to show him “LOOK IM USING THE NONDAIRY MILK” as you can see in the picture clearly the difference in the foam, I have a dairy intolerance issue which involves me not to drink dairy or I get extremely sick right away. As you an see drink B has no air bubbles and the ice is floating in between the foam not underneath. This was such a horrible experience and I don’t see myself returning. Really ruined my entire day and my tummy is still feeling the aftermath of the dairy. My Starbucks days are officially over. Thanks Jenni I hope your Friday was better than mine.

Went here on thanksgiving, waited in the outside queue for 20 mins and when we got in the queue on every level meant we couldn’t buy a drink or a snack. And of course no where to sit. The store looks cool but damn shouldn’t have bothered on thanksgiving!!

Nice Starbucks! My issue is that the last few times I’ve ordered a matcha there’s been clumps of matcha in there. Never been an issue at any other Starbucks - not sure what’s going on, but hope they fix.

The service here varies on the time of day & who’s on shift & how they feel. Meaning every time I go here it’s a different experience & different set of “rules”. I often see them being mean & rude to homeless people who come in even if they are paying. I hear them say disgusting things about them. Today I went for my daily cup of ice. It’s never a problem I always get it for free. Not this time. Some guy I’ve never seen before big name Aldo said that “We don’t give u must buy” I said ok I’ll pay for a cup of ice water he said “NO. U have to buy something then I give.” I told him I didn’t eat anything sold there & I didn’t want any sweets just water & I’ll pay. Again I was told no. I asked how long as this “policy” been in place he said “all year” which clearly isn’t true if I’ve getting water here almost everyday the entire summer.

I went to this Starbucks after an early flight in from New York & could not have been more grateful for such great staff. This barista got my food & drink ready so quickly, I was exhausted & the great service could not have come at a better time. I think her name is Halle?

Halle was the kindest barista I’ve had at any Starbucks. She even spelled my name right - which never happens (it’s a weird name, lol). I’m vegan and she made my special order exactly as I asked.
