Nice Starbucks! My issue is that the last few times I’ve ordered a matcha there’s been clumps of matcha in there. Never been an issue at any other Starbucks - not sure what’s going on, but hope they fix.

The service here varies on the time of day & who’s on shift & how they feel. Meaning every time I go here it’s a different experience & different set of “rules”. I often see them being mean & rude to homeless people who come in even if they are paying. I hear them say disgusting things about them. Today I went for my daily cup of ice. It’s never a problem I always get it for free. Not this time. Some guy I’ve never seen before big name Aldo said that “We don’t give u must buy” I said ok I’ll pay for a cup of ice water he said “NO. U have to buy something then I give.” I told him I didn’t eat anything sold there & I didn’t want any sweets just water & I’ll pay. Again I was told no. I asked how long as this “policy” been in place he said “all year” which clearly isn’t true if I’ve getting water here almost everyday the entire summer.

I went to this Starbucks after an early flight in from New York & could not have been more grateful for such great staff. This barista got my food & drink ready so quickly, I was exhausted & the great service could not have come at a better time. I think her name is Halle?

Halle was the kindest barista I’ve had at any Starbucks. She even spelled my name right - which never happens (it’s a weird name, lol). I’m vegan and she made my special order exactly as I asked.

Employees were nice, but potentially understaffed. I ordered at 10:07 AM , had my coffee pretty quickly - but ended up leaving without food that I paid for because they took too long. The people in front of me received their food pretty much with their drinks and ordered the same as me. Not sure why mine was overlooked, but now I paid for food I didn’t receive. Give yourself at least 20 minutes in here.

Oh and the person in front of my had two drinks and two food items….
