Employees were nice, but potentially understaffed. I ordered at 10:07 AM , had my coffee pretty quickly - but ended up leaving without food that I paid for because they took too long. The people in front of me received their food pretty much with their drinks and ordered the same as me. Not sure why mine was overlooked, but now I paid for food I didn’t receive. Give yourself at least 20 minutes in here.
Oh and the person in front of my had two drinks and two food items….

The guy at the register was high as hell and definitely cared more about talking about cups than actually listening to my order. I was cut off THREE times trying to tell him my order and he gave my boyfriend a random drink as soon as we finished paying and then switched our sizes for our drinks. When they gave me the wrong size, the girls making the drinks gave me attitude when I told him THREE times I wanted venti!!!! They said they were gonna remake my drink and then I sat there waiting and no one made it until I reasked again. I even offered to pay for it. THEN the guy that made my drink literally gave it to me with the liquid over flowing and dripping down the cup!! The workers here are super unprofessional and none of them deserve a job. All of you are retarded if making a drink with milk and ice was that hard SERIOUSLY

Wow, in town for quick meeting and this Starbucks location has the three sweetest baristas. Very welcoming and just friendly. Love to see this everyone in great spirits, store is clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas ?.Mo one of the baristas was so kind when I asked for cup of ice to try my hot Carmel Brule as a cold drink. She offered and made me one. She added the cutest sticker and made me feel very welcome to Chicago. Usually these days people forget just a smile and small kind word can make a difference.Date 11/14/23
