It's my most visited Starbucks location in the city, as it is located next to my home. The staff here is always welcoming and friendly, and my drinks are delicious and flavorful, as we expect Starbucks to be.

I just love everything about this place. The atmosphere is spot on, enjoy that there's no tv so the family has to talk with each other.the servers are always really to give good examples of what goes well with each other and really seem to love to work there. I've taken my family here three times already. My wife can't get enough of the crudo bar, that Hamachi is so good. The pasta is something else, such as Fusilli Cinghiale E Fungi. Always wash everything down with some Leviathan.

The guy at the register was high as hell and definitely cared more about talking about cups than actually listening to my order. I was cut off THREE times trying to tell him my order and he gave my boyfriend a random drink as soon as we finished paying and then switched our sizes for our drinks. When they gave me the wrong size, the girls making the drinks gave me attitude when I told him THREE times I wanted venti!!!! They said they were gonna remake my drink and then I sat there waiting and no one made it until I reasked again. I even offered to pay for it. THEN the guy that made my drink literally gave it to me with the liquid over flowing and dripping down the cup!! The workers here are super unprofessional and none of them deserve a job. All of you are retarded if making a drink with milk and ice was that hard SERIOUSLY

Wow, in town for quick meeting and this Starbucks location has the three sweetest baristas. Very welcoming and just friendly. Love to see this everyone in great spirits, store is clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas ?.Mo one of the baristas was so kind when I asked for cup of ice to try my hot Carmel Brule as a cold drink. She offered and made me one. She added the cutest sticker and made me feel very welcome to Chicago. Usually these days people forget just a smile and small kind word can make a difference.Date 11/14/23

Worst service. Sat next in line for 5 minutes while cashier had a full in conversation after taking first customers order. 3:10pm on Saturday September 9 so management knows who was working.
This morning it was not even busy but it took over 6 minutes for a Carmel frap. My drink was prepared last last! As in everyone’s drink including those who ordered after me were served first. The place was nearly empty and I inquired about my drink with the gut who took my order. Who immediately denied I even ordered a frap or that one was being made. Then all of sudden he handed it to me like I was being impatient. In the morning at Starbucks a 6 min wait after ordering is an eternity and I will not stop at this location on my way to work again. Also my drink was watery and half whip cream. When ever I order that drink at any Starbucks is delicious consistently. But not here and the attitude is just too much. There is a Goddess and bakery up a half a block across the street. They have great pastries and custom beverages. Service is more prompt. Skip this Starbucks.
