Starbucks smells like garbage. I drink coffee.
Rude and got my order wrong.
Bought breakfast and coffee for everyone, then was charged $0.67 for a cup of water. That moment killed the vibe. It is not about the cents, it is about the principle. After spending money, charging for plain water feels petty and unnecessary. Not a great look.

The mango dragon fruit refresher is so refreshing and delicious you will absolutely love it must try also that green drink was the matcha latte so delicious you need to have it perfect perfect ratio of water to dragon fruit so hope you love it

There is plenty of comfortable seating here, which makes it easy to settle in and get some work done. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, making it a great place to focus or take a break.

Very nice Starbucks close to the train station. Plenty of seating inside very nice and clean. Very nice staff very accommodating. All of the fall flavors for coffee are great.

You charge for extra ice? I have never experienced this in another Starbucks. Normally you fill the cup with ice and give very little actual drink and that's okay? Definitely you have earned a bad will from a long time customer. Good luck.

In the base of the Intercontinental tower. It’s fairly large and accessible from the lobby and the street. Plenty of seating, including 8 or so small tables outside and on the side, off the street. Standard Starbucks fare, of course, but pleasant enough staff and quick.

TLDR: Expensive, Slow, and Poor Quality Beverages
I would avoid this location for a few reasons:
1. Far larger lines than other locations, likely driven by the hotel.
2. Prices seem to be about 10% higher than another Starbucks on Michigan Avenue
3. Was out of basic stuff like Chocolate for Chocolate Cream Cold Brew
4. My usual Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew tasted like it had too much sugar
5. WiFi kicks you out every 30 minutes, forcing you to re-log-in
