I enjoy my beverages from this location. The problem is the customer service at times. Lauren at the drive-thru window in the morning is not warm at all. If you work directly with customers, saying 'Good Morning' after being spoken to and having patience should be a given. I don't think folks need to be overly excited, but just basic greetings/pleasantries will do. I hope this improves.

Go inside it’s better and faster. Can’t believe how many people sit in drive thru here for over 10 min ?and no one’s inside. Get out get excercise geez it’s faster that way! The sandwiches are delicious and their pastries oh of course the caramel crunch frappe oh yea!!!
