Hard to put in orders, cashiers don’t know what they’re doing. Mobile orders are never consistent.
Just in the store, and was waiting for someone to take my order no one said anything, not even we’ll be with you in a moment. Stand there about 6 min. I left.

The door still says they have Friday hours but. They are closed. There is no note on door nor any reason why they are not open. Not good Business.

It is always dirty inside. The floors are unswept and not mopped. The garbage is filled and rarely taken out so much so that garbage overflows. Music is too loud. Bathroom is gross. But the staff are great and offer great customer service.

This Starbucks is a hit or miss depending on the employees working and how they feel. Generally they have been nice to me but I’ve seen them be mean to customers as well as my coworkers. I’d rather venture to IMD Starbucks as they are more kind and drinks are more consistent.

I went to this store specifically because it was the closest one that had Sriracha sauce in stock, according to the Starbucks app. I ordered through the mobile app and got there shortly before the estimated ready time. I waited a few minutes and my order was still not ready. When I spoke to an employee, she claimed that she made the order and that someone must have taken it. She made my order, and when I told her I ordered it with Sriracha sauce, she said that they were out of it. I told her the Starbucks app says they have it in stock and that's the only reason why I ordered it from this location, and instead of apologizing for not marking the item as out of stock for mobile orders, she started talking about how Sriracha sauce is a "luxury item" and told me they should have some in stock soon. When I asked for a refund, she said that because I ordered it from the app, she couldn't refund it and that I would have to call their customer service number for a refund.

The place was fun to work at, making the drinks and talking to customers. Supervisors were very nice and friendly. Upper management, terrible, coworkers were hard to deal with at times. Do not work here, co-workers will gossip behind your back, and then be friendly to your face. They try to pick/bully you, until you stand up for yourself and then you are being "rude or the aggressor". This was probably the worst estabilishment I have ever worked for. I quit because upper management suggested I'd see a Therapist. If you miss one or two days you get written up. Don't care about employees at all. If you try to go to their boss/supervisor they either 1. fire you, or 2. try to find a mistake you do, pin it against you to make it seem like you are the bad person. If you work here, do your job, and go home. Don't try to build relationships here. It will cost you in the end.

William and Donald are amazing. Quick and efficientVery friendly and a great start to your day !!!!!
This is a great Starbucks cafe! The staff was really helpful when I made my first order here.
Half of my drink was filled with foam. We pay a bomb and get duped. This is very disgusting and unprofessional. Never coming back
It was my go to coffee place while I worked in that neighborhood. Warm, welcoming and quick service.
